I fell into my filing cabinet at work in April which fractured my radial neck and a gash requiring stitches in my leg. 1 month later, I had severe back & rib pain, dizzy spells, breathing issues. Do you think there's a direct correlation between my fall and these problems onset later? There were no other changes in my lifestyle.

Hi, My mother is suffering from Ribs nerves pain and she is not able to sit or stand. Due to continuously lying on bed her muscles got some hardness and because of which she is having some orthopedic pain also. From last one and half year she is lying on bed only. She do not have any medical history like BP/Diabetes or any other diseases. Also she do not have any major illness. I need a doctor or physiotherapist who can come at home and check her and provide some solution/treatment on this. I am staying at New sangavi area. Waiting for positive and quick response on this. I had fever since last 24th April I. E. Almost 14 days now. Still it is there. Initially I have taken dolo, azhithramycin, ivermectin, becasule, zincovit, vitamin C as prescribed by the physician. Morever, fever was always between 99 to 100 and slight chest discomfort. Oxygen level is 98 always and Pulse is within range 60 to 80. Done rtpcr on 5th may, it is negative. Reactive protein test dated 30th April, limit is 0.2 , IgG value is 2.32 (antibody test positive). CBC was also done, and it is normal, physician said. My Oxygen level is 98, Pulse 60 to 80 and BP is 127 - 90. I m completely able to do breathing exercises, no coughing and cold problem. However, suffering from IBD issue since last one year. Is chest discomfort with fever worry?? Kindly recommend me prescription.

For the past six months when I bring any hot/cold liquid in empty stomach I feel it's going through my chest. Also some times I feel hunger sensations in the chest. Occassionally i get bloated and due to bloating i am feeling shortness of breath. Recently I felt pain in my chest and ribcage as if it's penetrating inside..like putting a giant rubber band around my chest and ribs(left & right) I consulted a doctor after this incident, he prescribed pantaprazole and digene for a week suspecting a peptic ulcer. After that he prescribed antibiotics(metro & amoxy) suspecting h.pylori infection. Now the pain in chest and rib reduced because I have changed my diet by eating small meals rather than large meals. But at times the pain still comes. Last week the doctor prescribed me Nexpro and Perinorm tablets. They took my ECG, Blood glucose, creatinine and serum electrolytes. All these came back normal. I am 28 years old Male. Please advice since I am little afraid about these problems

Recently(3 months) my mother,age 52,has major heart operation [double valves replacement-mechanical valve]. She is still having pain at left lower chest,near to ribs. Seeing her reports (chest x-ray, blood, PT INR samples), the cardiologist said there is not problem in her heart. However the pain is prevailing for more than 2 months. Is it normal to have pain in ribs for a DVR operated patient? How long the pain continues? Other doctor gave Zerodol CR tablet pain relief. Can she use? Thanks

It's been 4 months I have done 4 times endoscopy and first time it was acid reflux and now the endoscopy report showing normal but right side throat irritation, discomfort and sometimes jaw bone pain irritating me last 4 months. I have also done X ray reverse Towne View digital for elongated Styloid Process check up but after doctor examination this X ray plate .. doctor saying a little bit bone is long.. not much longer . What should I do now? Please suggest me? Now I am taking Gabaneuron NT100 Half twice in a day.. Should I go for CT Neck? But I already did a digital X ray it's gonna effect in my CT..I mean I am little scare of radiation... please doctor reply.. advance thanks and love ❤️.

Since one year suffering from chest discomfort feeling like aching, pain neck and left side shoulder and back pain not regularly, gastric anxiety and tight nose and head some times . I have done ecg echo 2 times and are normal three months back tmt test blood test like tropinin I and t and ckmb all reports were nomal. And some bllod reports were nomal like cbc lft lipid kidney function thyroid Bp when I check in home omron digital it is always  below 120/85 and when I purposely going for doctor clinic always 130/90 some time like fever time 150/100 . Some time legs pain

32 y.o woman, married, no kids. For 2-3 weeks, I'm having frequent urine urgency and pressure/bloating in lower abdomen. Few days ago, I also felt extreme stabbing burning pain inside vagina during arousal. I did not continue with intercourse. The pain subsided after a minute but discomfort remains. It feels like something is stuck inside vagina. I consulted two doctors, both have diagnosed as UTI and am under medication now. But I feel it is not UTI as there is no burning while passing urine, and no change in color or smell. There is a tight feeling in low abdomen and pain when I press down with fingers. The burning/stabbing pain in vagina during arousal scared me most. Please advise if this is UTI or something more serious. Is there some tests I can do?
