Hello , I'm 30 yrs old unmarried girl, from past 2 weeks I m having pain and discomfort in the center of my chest, and I can felt my heartbeats running very fast,and this pain always occur while sitting or lying on bed,sometimes felt a pain in left shoulder and arm and blackouts for a very short time (mini seconds). No other symptoms like shortage of breathing or breathing problem while climbing stairs or during workout. No past history of heart disease in family. No consumption of alcohol or smoking. Taking proanagen tablet for hair fall from past 6 month

I run regularly 3 kms on a treadmill regularly on a uncomfortably fast speed. Recently due to slight knee pain and discomfort I've stopped running. The pain persists even after a week of rest. The pain is slow, dull and feels a bit hot on the kneecap. I'm taking calcium tabs, vit d tabs and doing knee physio. Any diagnosis based on the above info will be appreciated. I'll anyways be visiting a doctor next week when I return back to town. Any guidelines, help would be appreciated

I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome about 2 weeks ago, consulted an orthodontist who prescribed Nortryptomer P 75mg, Etoshine 60mg & chymoral forte. As advised by the doctor, stopped Etoshine & Chymoral forte after 6 days however Nortryptomer P continues. Since the time I have started taking this medicine I have developed slight discomfort in my genital area, I have not had proper erection since I started taking these medicines or I have had this CTS medical condition. Sometimes I have pain in penile shaft due to no known reason and it gets better automatically and I feel low and have constant fear of something wrong. I find my penis shrinking which is even more worrying for me. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Naasthe mam, this is jahnavi. 40 years old. At the age of 24 in 2004 i got endometriosis in my right ovary. 6 inch hameo cyst. They removed my right ovary. After 10 years in 2014 again i suffered from cyst and fibroid. That time iam 35 years old. And the doctors removed both. After that i suffered from depression and i am vey much panic and thinking too much. Started  chest pain on left side and discomfort. I met several doctors and many test. All r normal. Recently i gone through 2d echo and blood test. All r normal. My gynecologist checked and told that operated area is normal and both my breasts are also normal. Here my concern is, when all is normal, what is the pain i am suffering? I am mad about thinking and panic. Kindly guide me mam. Please please. As early as possible. Attached reports. Chronic alcoholic, diagnosed with fatty liver grade-I four months ago. Took allopathic medicines like antacids, digestive enzymes, multivitamin for three months. No significant improvement has been noticed. Then switched to Homeopathy . Could this be a case of gastric ulcers or any other serious disease? Note: reduced drinking frequency to once a week. Problems: all time gases, motions 2-3 times a day, bloating, indigestion, stomach discomfort, feels like swallowed organs.

On 10th Dec 25 While dancing in party I think some fat guy came & bang on my left chest the next day I was feeling very severe left ribs pain from sternum going all the way along the ribs, I took paracetamol 500 twice no relief, then naproxen 250 twice no relief, then zerodol th4 twice no relief, now ibuprofen 400 twice very mild relief , video call consultation with orthopaedic diagnosis soft tissue injury , one more thing after injury next day I sprayed ice cold spray then my left chest ribs are skin become black now slowly it's peeling off I am applying petroleum jelly.....I am in middle of ocean where there is no x ray machine & all, but I have medication available...... kindly guide & make proper diagnosis. Vitals Temp -36.4 C Press - 122/84 Pulse -50 Oz - 98% No vomiting, no breathing issues. Coughing laughing stretching cause severe pain.. Please make diagnosis without X RAY OR MRI experts/ experience doctor

Dear Doctor, My wife is having some discomfort in the neck and lower Jaw areas for some 3 months now Due to the Covid situation we have not consulted any doctors so far. She says there is no pain but she could observe some differences. She feels that these areas are kind of heavy. We have taken a thyroid test. Attaching  report for your reference. And while lying down she is always feeling some discomfort in the chest areas. Could you please let know the possible reasons and the let know the further consultation steps if required.

I am a 29 year old male taking medicines for asthma and allergic rhinitis. I am taking Airtec SF 250 inhaler, ABphylline SR 200 mg and Montek FX. At the nightime and sometimes in the day time, I feel as if my heart is pounding fast. Also, sometimes in the nightime, I feel chest discomfort- I am unable to lay down still as I have to move here and there in bed to relieve chest discomfort. Some years back, for the same problem, I underwent ECG and Echocardiogram test and test reports were normal. Could it be due to side effect of these medicine.

Mother feels really uncomfortable with general body discomfort & burning all over. She says her joints feel stiff & general discomfort all over, specially hands.She tried taking paracetamol but it's not effective. Throat feels constricted. No fever yet but can't lie down or sit or eat. Veloz-D is on alternative days, Vit B12 twice a day for 3 weeks, calcium twice a week. Please suggest alternatives. Thank you!!

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness, discomfort & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness the left chest  & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this?
