My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness, discomfort & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness the left chest  & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you

My father is 80 years old. He is having a burning feeling in his lower abdomen, which is causing him a lot of discomfort. His urine flow is normal. Recently, he was admitted to the hospital for heart-related issues, and he had a catheter for 6 days during that time. But this burning feeling in his lower abdomen started after two from the discharged date. He is currently taking the following medicines: Dytor 10 mg Rosagold 10 mg Syndopa Plus Bisoprolol fumarate 2.5 mg Rapilif D 8 mg His "urine routine report" and while abdomen is attached. Please advise what could be the problem and what we should do.

My son has been feeling neck discomfort for the past 6 months. Consulted multiple orthopedics and did x-ray which turned out fine. So, orthopedics said it is because of improper posture. He gave a course of painkillers and hot therapy for 5 days which just provided temporary relief. One of them suggested an eyesight test. So we got new specs but still the pain was still there. Then we consulted a physiotherapist and have been following exercises for 2-3 days but the pain has increased. Please suggest what to do and which type of doctor to consult.

I am having a mild discomfort in my chest for the last 20 days which lasts for a few seconds and goes away while walking I have consulted a doctor and she has advised me to take Sompraz D for 15 days and I am taking the same. I have previous history of Cervical Spondylitis and GERD and also took vitamin D tablet Zakson CD3 for 6 months in year 2022 end and also took Baga NT for a month for nerve issues in July 2022. Shall I start taking Zakson CD3 again as it's almost one year since I left taking vitamin D tablets. My BP and ECG came out normal.

I woke up with mild chest discomfort, not exactly pain, but to describe it, its like a feeling of some ant travelling in a nerve, this was temporary and felt it 5-6 times intermittently, sometimes while taking long breath. On walking, I felt mild pain in my left shoulder and back. My cholesterol is normal but HBA1C is 6.4 (6 months ago it was 5.8, I had my wedding and food habits got worsened and substantial weighed gained) Height 5'5' Weight 73.5 kg I got my ECG and Echo done, both were normal. The sensation and left side pain I can feel intermittently for a week since that incident. I am worried that is it angina?

Good Evening Doctors, From the last 2 days, i am having some sort of heaviness either in left side upper abdomen or in right side upper abdomen. But today it is in upper right side abdomen. Facing difficulties such as heavy burping, after burping i felt some sort of relaxation other times i feel very discomfortness i feel something is stuck in thr right side throat, actually nothing is stuck there. Whenever i burp heavily , i feel relaxed after a burp then again the same issue comes. Right sided nose blocked and dry. From the last 2-3 days my bowel movement is also not proper.

Hi I am having jaw discomfort extending to my ear right side from 3-4 days. Today I am having frequent hiccups. Checked online and it points to neurological disorders too. I am already suffering from back head pain right side from a few months. Doctor hasn't done any brain scan but has put me on anxiety medication considering other symptoms like palpitations, hot flashes, neck pain, restlessness etc. Now I am worried if its actually anxiety or some other neurological issue. I keep looking for symptoms online all the time. Can someone suggest what I should do? And whether anxiety is not the actual issue.

I am 19 year old.diognised with mild corona one month back and recovered in 1 week.and after 20 days that is 1 week back blood test done for crp,IL6 and d dimer ,all are normal but from 1 week i am getting very very lite left side chest pain(very lite),slight discomfort (like something heavy feeling) and pinching sensation some times.Also some rythemic shiver in legs from 1 week and tik tik sounds from legs while walking for few steps.i cant explain clearly cause its very lite and no problem in lifting weights, exercise, walking. No breathing problem,and oxygen saturation is 99. Pls help.
