Foamy urine, not huge bubbles but consistent. Sometimes pain in lower back side and occasional pain in right side rib area

My chest xray report says Anterior left 4th and right 3rd bifid ribs noted. doctor there didn't told much about it and said it is normal. but still i want to know the impact of it.

I was diagnosed with H pylori in April 2024 Upper GI endoscopy RUT positive , took triple therapy felt somewhat good for 4 months again in August 2024 I have discomfort episode this time persist on left side upper abdomen region and back side of the same area, this particular episode align with my stressfull event in personal life(Father had heart attack and went through angio). Since then I have consulted General physician, Gastro, Cardiologist, neurologist even psychologist. Got CBC , CT screen with USG abdomen all came good except deficiency in Vitamin B12. During that B12 medication I had severe diarrhea episode one day. Since that day my poop does become normal it is always soft sometimes loose. Along with recurrent upper left abdominal discomfort and sometimes nauseous. Frequent googling also aided this symptoms and complicated thing. I am 40 years old unmarried male. 116kg weight. 5feet 7 inch height. I am working from home. I am having High BP. I am having Tazloc H 40 mg and Stamlo 10mg. Cetrizen for Urticaria.Montek AB Formoflo and Asthalin rotocap for Asthma. Ulcer Ulgel. Now from 11th January 19 I have severe ulcer and chest pain discomfort. Headache left side face numbness. I went to renowned Neurologist. He gave me Topaz 25mg. ECG is fine. Master health check up done at Aarthi Scan , done 6 months ago for me it is normal. I am taking Pantocid DSR before food with Rantec 150 mg but acidity not coming under control. I still have stomach burning sensation chest pain discomfort headache backache. Unable to eat food. I am able to drink liquid and eat fruits. Met Cardiologist and Gastroenterologist too in the recent 1 week. Endoscopy already done for me 6 years ago. My concern is endoscopy needed again and TMT needed to ascertain both stomach and heart condition? As a GP what is your view?

My father is 80 years old. He is having a burning feeling in his lower abdomen, which is causing him a lot of discomfort. His urine flow is normal. Recently, he was admitted to the hospital for heart-related issues, and he had a catheter for 6 days during that time. But this burning feeling in his lower abdomen started after two from the discharged date. He is currently taking the following medicines: Dytor 10 mg Rosagold 10 mg Syndopa Plus Bisoprolol fumarate 2.5 mg Rapilif D 8 mg His "urine routine report" and while abdomen is attached. Please advise what could be the problem and what we should do.

My son has been feeling neck discomfort for the past 6 months. Consulted multiple orthopedics and did x-ray which turned out fine. So, orthopedics said it is because of improper posture. He gave a course of painkillers and hot therapy for 5 days which just provided temporary relief. One of them suggested an eyesight test. So we got new specs but still the pain was still there. Then we consulted a physiotherapist and have been following exercises for 2-3 days but the pain has increased. Please suggest what to do and which type of doctor to consult.

I am having a mild discomfort in my chest for the last 20 days which lasts for a few seconds and goes away while walking I have consulted a doctor and she has advised me to take Sompraz D for 15 days and I am taking the same. I have previous history of Cervical Spondylitis and GERD and also took vitamin D tablet Zakson CD3 for 6 months in year 2022 end and also took Baga NT for a month for nerve issues in July 2022. Shall I start taking Zakson CD3 again as it's almost one year since I left taking vitamin D tablets. My BP and ECG came out normal.
