Hi, I am 26years aged Boy. had little pain in bridge of nose for 1 night ( next day it was not there ) ear block  & little nose block few days back. Consulted a doc online. Took Montair LC for 5 days, Nasivion drops 2 times 2 drops per nose & Vitamin C ( taking daily twice ) steam inhalation, salt water gargle as advised by doc. Now nose blockage & ear block has went away. From yesterday I have pain / discomfort in middle of nose. Is it the side effects of Nasal drops or anything else? Kindly let me know.

I am hearing some crackling sound in my left ear after my left side wisdom tooth removal three months ago..but it goes away when i pop my ear... i hear this sound (pur pur but but just like when we tear a paper slowly) when i cover my ear and the remove my hand ....also when i give pressure during poop ...and sometimes when i touch my ear or talk loud( i hear this sound after i have finished my speech)..In the normal time i cant hear it..but this goes away as soon as i pop my ear but comes back. and I having some discomfort and little pain around my ear...My hearing is all right by the way......i took anti allergic ,nasal spray and also steam inhaleation but nothing improved.

Hi sir, I'm having excessive gas and burpping issue. Sometimes i feel little pain, discomfort, bloated and a little heaviness near the belly. I've stopped eating outside food, but the condition is not getting cured. No loss of appetite and i'm having normal stool, eary morning.No signs of constipation or diarrhea. I was also prescribed superia L, but the condition is still the same. Please find attached my LFT, KFT. In CBC, the report looks in range, the only concerning issue is MEAN PLATELET Volume, i.e 12.9 ( recommended 6-11). I'm worried if i have some time of tumor or some serious issues, as i never had such type of issue before. Please check once and recommend.

I am feeling like something stuck in my throat sometimes, taste of mouth is bad (full day), sometimes pain in chest, sometimes dry throat, sometimes breating discomfort. i am releasing too much gas (burp) after eating or drinking anything these symptoms are from 7 days , i was taking esotab dsr in morning, i had throat infection and swelling before 10 days, i was taking medicine for infection from 10 days. i think these are symptoms of GERD and esotab is for GERD but no relief. i also have constipation. now i amn not taking any medicines. i am very tensed, i am not getting relief. any help will be appriciated. thanks.

Im 24 yrs male 5 days back head revolving and check bp by RMP told 140/90,next day consult. Cardiologist ,he checked bp 120/80,he told that it is due to tension u don't need to worry the doctor told ,meanwhile I'm checking my bp 3 times in a day it is normal and sometimes having left side chest pain from 5 days my head is reeling walking discomfort I think I may fall ,I'm veg it is due to any vitamin def ,like iron ,vit b12,

I have been experiencing testicular and scrotum pain from past 5 months. I have done scrotum ultrasound but the report came normal. The pain goes to lower back sometimes and also my testis been hanging. As per ultrasound the blood supply to testis is normal. I am experiencing very low sex drive day by day. If I get arousal or masturbate the pain increases. There is no swelling in the scrotum area but it hurts when pressed hard. Have some constipation issues but that is not really hard. The pain and discomfort is not consistent as sometimes it goes off completely. Urine and blood test report also seems quite normal. Please advise.

I hv extetnal piles. I first had this prob 5 yrs bak at time of my pregnancy. Now after 5 years it came bak. There is one lump outside which was painful n tender to touch. I started warm water sponges and pilex tablets and cream 4 days back. No bleeding ettal. Discomfort and pain hv reduced n so is the size of lump. Its less painful to touch as well. But i spotted lil blood on toilet paper. Is it ok....? I am feeling better with pilex tablet and ointment...only spotting is scaring me? What to do

Sir, i have gerd, indigestion, hyperacidity,excessive belching,  abdominal discomfort( like something's twisting in my stomach, in epigastric region), nausea, since last 2 yrs, and repeated bouts of nausea lasting for a few seconds,  EPIGASTRIC pain( it is different from heartburn, sometimes relieved by meftal spas) since last 3 months, it all started after an epiaode of severe constipation lasting 3 months, no such problems in past. Tests- lft, rft, ttg, cbc, hiv, barium swallow , endoscopy,thytoid profile, urine routine all normal. What do i do now?

I've been having the feeling of needing to urinate off and on for about a week now, and there's general discomfort in my penis and in the groin area (but no pain while peeing). This began about a week ago as soon as I finished masturbating, and has persisted off and on about a week. I masturbated yesterday, and this did not hurt, but my semen was partially yellow. Today, that urgency feeling of needing to pee has been a bit stronger, but I haven't been able to urinate much when I try to go. I'm not sure if this is a UTI, a bladder infection, or something to do with both and my prostate, especially since this began shortly after ejaculating a week ago. Any suggestions or opinions would be helpful!

I am having anal discomfort for over 3 months now. I went to 2 doctors, they prescribed me some drugs which cured me for 1 week (both time) and after that my problems started again. Well the main problem is the burning sensation in the anal area, with which sometimes I experience vomiting sensation, sometimes loose motion, and sometimes even constipation.. I am nowadays forced to take leaves from office and I am pretty sure the bosses are getting frustrated every day. Just to make sure I can finish a day without worrying I take 2-3 metrogyl 400mg tablets everyday, or norflox (I actually started taking them yesterday as per some friend's advice). Can anyone help me please!!
