Sir Actually i had suffered health anxiety around 6 weeks back. I have consulted psychiatrist for that, he suggested me nexito 5mg and cloam 0.5mg I used it for 15 days and felt fine. So have consulted psychiatrist again and informed him about my condition of being fine. first he said to continue medication, but on my request he said if u feel fine then stop medication else use them. I stopped medication for 22 days, then after that i had nerve pulling issue behind my neck and anxiety health issue thoughts were repeating again. So i started medication. Even from before, i am socially fine with every one, fine with family and friends, even professionally fine. Doing my job with some sort of discomfort(traveling & getting tired)but still i am able to do it. I only have some sort of fear of certain situations. I am using pramper forte(escitlopram 10mg and clonazepam 0.5mg) feel fine. How long dose it take to be fine. Please guide me in this.

Could you kindly help me with the following: Do you think surgery is necessary in this case? Is microsurgical varicocelectomy the best approach for me? Are there any non-surgical options I should consider first? What are the risks and long-term results if I delay or avoid surgery? Can I consult you in person, or do you offer video consultation for second opinion?

Hello Doctor, Since last 1 month, i am having mild burning pain while urination and after urination also. Also slight pain and discomfort in urethra. Also it feels like bladder is not emptying fully after urination and also always feels like urination but small amount of urination happens. After urination, 2 to 3 drops urine dribble out once i seat on my chair immediately. I have done reports like Routine urine, Urine culture, Diabetes, Chlamydia IG, Gonorea , HIV, VDRL, KFT, LFT test, and CBC. All reports are normal. No UTI or no STI as per my Doctor. Normal KUB USG. My doctor has given me Cefpodoxime Proxetil (200mg) + Clavulanic Acid (125mg) for 10 days. Slight improvement but after finishing if the medication, pain comes again. I am in too much stress and tension since last 1 month. Request to help and advise please sir.

I am diabetic since 3 yrs and since one year I was using regular medicine such a dapefy  which never caused any issue but recently I had blood check up done and my HBA1C was 7.9 and the same doctor has prescribed me SITARA DM 1000mg but as I started taking the medicine within a week I started developing a lot of itching and discomfort in penis,also some white discharge I was getting and my foreskin became very tight. When I try to pull back it doesn't retract and will pain .Doctor has told me to stop using the tablet and changed to tab  gemer sita and anti biotic for infection in penis. I have got minor relief but still the tight foreskin issue is still there and I can see the white kind of thing. I consulted urologist and dr has told me that I need to have a circumssion+frenulopasty to be done after examining me. I am feeling worried because I don't want to get a surgery just because of side affect of drug. I never had any kind of issues in penis in my life and now sexlife is impcated

Hi, My sister aged 27 years has been suffering from high bp since a year. She has been advised to take carloc 3.125 in the morning. She is suffering from orthostatic hypotension as well. Recently we found out that she has cervical stenosis and bulge in disc as per mri. Her 2d echo dated Sept 2023 showed she has mild concentric lvh with diastolic dysfunction, ejection fraction 65%. Her 2d echo July 2024 showed ejection fraction 60%. Her tmt report is negative for MI. But she has been facing weird symptoms like shortness of breath, chest pain left side arm pain. Also, there is slight swelling in her feet which gets reduces after she exercises her feet. Her chest discomfort and shortness of breath increases when she climbs stairs. One day, she climbes 6 floors, after that her tolerance to exercise has some what reduced. She gets tired often and she sleeps a lot. Kindly help my sister. Are these symptoms indicator of heart failure or is it due to spine issue? Cardiologist said normal.

Hi I have severe bloating and feeling heavy/full all the time.  Tummy looks very huge   like 9 months pregnant and always popping out.  I also have burning sensation in the upper abdomen, nausea, heartburn ,regurgitation.   I had an upper endoscopy last month and it showed up reactive gastropathy.  Dr told me to continue PPI medicine.   Been taking it for last 4 months.   No changes yet.   Dr sent me for an right upper abdomen ultrasound and got the results today.  She said she is doing this ultrasound to check for liver, gallbladder.    I am trying to understand myself what this indicates and if anything makes sense to my symptoms and discomfort. Does the report says anything serious? Is this reversible?  I see that it says something about liver size and condition. Is that something serious? Is that reversible? Any medication that helps with it? I don't take much oil or fat. How to reverse the condition? My endoscopy showed reactive gastropathy. Is that because of liver condition.

I have been facing low vision issues with my eyes, particularly when working on digital devices such as laptops. Without my glasses, I have hazy and blurry vision, making it difficult for me to focus on the screen and work effectively for extended periods of time. Additionally, I have been experiencing dry eye issues, which further exacerbate my discomfort and impact my productivity. Given the nature of my work, which involves extensive use of digital screens, these vision problems have become a significant challenge for me. I am reaching out to seek your guidance on potential solutions or recommendations that could help alleviate my symptoms and improve my ability to work comfortably and efficiently. Some Symptoms : Discomfort if someone staring me constantly, facing difficulty doing activities and weird behaviour, going public places meeting new people, attending social gatherings, feeling anxious about judging others, and scrutinising me. Difficulty in eye contact, got blank interacting people. Environment: I rarely go outside of my house, neighbourhoods of my house fears me, in a way that my weaknesses will expose to peoples, and i will do some mistakes or embarrass myself in front of everybody. i don’t want to be an centre point of attraction anywhere. Around my neighbourhood i don’t talk anyone, i just have school buddies for the sake of friends, which is also not close friends, i don’t feel really anxious with them but i didn’t share anything about me with them and they don’t know actual me, they just don’t know anything about me.

I have some minor discomfort in my penis from past few days. Pain is not very intense and I can barely feel it when I am busy. Most of the time I feel like it is in the tip near penis opening, but sometimes i feel like its in the left side of the shaft. I do not have any unusual discharge from my penis and I am washing my glans with clean water daily. I am getting proper erections and they are not painful. I do not have any pain post ejaculation. Apart from this I have noticed few things : 1. If I sit in crossed legs posture, i get relief in pain. 2. Recently I have noticed my penis is slightly curves to the right. 3. Sometimes my pee stream goes in the right direction and not straight. 4. There is a tiny bump like structure on my shaft(right side) which is painless and barely noticeable. I do not have any frequent urge to urinate, neither my urine has any foul smell. My penis including glans look completely healthy. Pain is very less and we can say it has little burning sensation.

After taking multivitamin tablet recommended by a doctor I got some breathing issues next day. I was breathing more rapidly & deeply. I took multivitamin for three days & it increased the breathing issue. I quit the multivitamin on 4th day & got partial relaxation next day. I got more relaxed following days but it was never 100% normal. After few days I got CBC where my Hb is 16.9, PCV 56.9, MCV 105.9, MCHC 29.6, RDW cv 16.4, platelets 0.81(1.52 on smear studied) with comment good number of giant platelets noted, lymphocytes 48.5, Absolute neutrophil count 2390. I have mentioned those that were out of range. I also had symptoms like itching & purple rash at back of my both bottom legs. I'm also getting chest (both sides) & abdomen discomfort like something is pushing or pinching. Any advice?
