Hs crp, Homocysteine, lymphocytes -high

Hi, I took a master check up on blood parameters since it was more than a year I took a blood report. My report is having variations in HS CRP, Homocysteine and Lymphocytes all three are slightly high. I have bp under control with medicine for past four years, long term anxiety issues and taking treatment for it and some gut issue like early IBD - Crohn’s which was found in Colonoscopy but that is too well in control. I am a bit worried whether these variations in parameters need to be addressed as some issue or is it normal. I have some discomfort near my chest but it is completely due to anxiety as per my Cardiologist since all ECG and echo was normal. Pls do advise on the blood report. HDL also slightly low 40.8, Ldl, Triglycerides are completely within the range. I am practicing yoga and meditation for anxiety and overall health. Should I need start any vitamin supplements for the deficiency? hs crp.3.23 Homocysteine - 17 Lymphocytes - 45 Vitamin b12- 213 Vitamin D- 27

Query 5mm Kidney Stone

Recovered from a UTI Kidney infection in right kidney in March. Follow up USG AND CT scan showed a kidney stone present in the same Kidney. CT scan showes size of 6.3mm. was prescribed medications and pottasium citrate drink. After a month, updated CT scan showed it reduced to 5mm. There has been no pain or discomfort at all. Updated Urine Analysis shows Color is pale yellow but slightly hazy. Pus Cells are 5-6. 2 weeks ago urine test showed pus cells were 10-12. Bacteria still detected. Rest of the parameters were within range. Will surgery be required to remove stone? Is the passing of kidney stone usually this slow? What are my options? PRP & HGH for sports recovery

Hi, I'm a 28yo male non-professional athlete. I have had discomfort and slight pain in my right knee for 8 months now. My MRI results show grade 2 chronic ACL tear and grade 1 meniscus tear. I am about to proceed with PRP and hgh but not sure how to find a professional in this area. The goal is to get back on the pitch asap and potentially better than before with hgh. I am well aware of its potential side effects having seen my teammates abroad use it for recovery purposes and was blown away by the results and was wondering if I can find a professional who can guide me as seeking professional help is always better than me experimenting on my own. I'm open to pursuing the right therapy to acheive my goals if you can guide me but I'm only in India for the next few weeks. Please let me know if you would like to look at my MRI or need any more info. Thanks,

Pain in the legs

For the past month, I have started experiencing unusual pain in my legs. I got my whole body tested and my uric acid came out to be 7.6. took medication (febusat 40)for it and two days back got tested again and the levels are 5.7 now. But for the last month, the pain in my legs is still there. sometimes the pain is dull and is present in the back of my thighs. Sometimes sharp pain is there in the calves. Sometimes my feet are hurting. Sometimes there is pain in my knees also. Yesterday the pain  was of a shooting type and it's in my calves and backside of the thighs. Sometimes my feet feel burning sensations also. My mchc levels are slightly elevated (37.7). It's not a major pain but it's causing me discomfort. I took Ibuprofen for the pain also 2 times. I don't know why it's happening. Please guide and I'll connect with the doctor with a good response.

Digestive and urinary issues along with

I have persistent digestive and urinary issues along with testicular discomfort. My main concerns include: 1. Right-sided abdominal bloating and hyperacidity (gas builds up mostly on the right side of stomach). 2. Testicular changes—very little movement, feels lighter, and lacks fluid. 3. A sensation of something stuck in the right abdomen near the belly button, which worsens with pressure. 4. Alternating bowel movements—sometimes loose, sometimes tight stools. 5.  Testicular pain near the anus after long standing. 6. Urination issues—sometimes normal, but often I feel like urine is stuck, with drops leaking for up to 10 minutes after peeing. I have undergone MRI, CT scan, and ultrasound, but no clear diagnosis has been found. The symptoms feel nerve-related or possibly due to a hidden (occult) hernia."

Severe bloating and feeling full

Hi I have severe bloating and feeling heavy/full all the time.  Tummy looks very huge like 9 months pregnant and always popping out. I also have burning sensation in the upper abdomen, nausea, heartburn ,regurgitation. I had an upper endoscopy last month and it showed up reactive gastropathy.  Dr told me to continue PPI medicine.   Been taking it for last 4 months.   No changes yet. Dr sent me for an right upper abdomen ultrasound and got the results today.  She said she is doing this ultrasound to check for liver, gallbladder.  I am trying to understand myself what this indicates and if anything makes sense to my symptoms and discomfort. Does the report says anything serious? Is this reversible? I see that it says something about liver size and condition. Is that something serious? Is that reversible? Any medication that helps with it? I don't take much oil or fat. How to reverse the condition? My endoscopy showed reactive gastropathy. Is that because of liver condition.

Uveitis, Arthritis, Dilated Cardiomyopat

My mother, aged 55, was diagnosed with non-granulomatous acute uveitis last month. She had symptoms of discomfort in her eye, and her eye turned left for a few hours one day. Her HLA-B27 result was indeterminate, ANA was negative, and her rheumatoid factor was 10. The orthopedic prescribed Folitrax and Folvite for two months, and the ophthalmologist prescribed Systane drops for two months. However, neither of them has put her on steroids, and I am concerned that this may affect her vision if the inflammation persists or worsens. Additionally, two of her fingers have been out of shape for the past six months, and she struggles to hold things due to weakness and dropping objects. She is also a cardiac patient, diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy in 2017, with no surgeries. Her recent echo showed an EF of 42%. Can't she take steroids due to her heart condition? if steroids aren't taken, it'll get further worse ? I'm worried about her vision and heart condition. please advice
