But i experience constant pain in chest..accompanied with excessive burping. and Pain in arms and discomfort and heaviness in the chest area. I was diagnosed with Hpylori infection and was under medication for 14days And post that course of antibiotics i been having medicines for 8 weeks now and still going on . Medicines Include Nexpro RD 40, Nex Pro Fast 40, Tryptomer 10, Opirax 50, and even my gastroenterologist shifted my medicine for Hypertension from Tenorex 50 to Inderal 10 - 2-0-2. Ankle tissue injury

Earlier this year, in February I rolled my left ankle while playing football. Initially it looked a normal sprain but the pain and swelling was too much and remained same for 2 days. I got an x-ray done and consulted an orthopedic doctor. He said there's a damage to the 'soft tissues or ligaments' around ankle. The leg was put in plaster for first three weeks and i've been using Tynor ankle binder ever since removing the plaster. doc had said it'll take total of 45-50 days to be able to ease back into sports activities. but In fact it took me over 60 days to even walk without crutches. I slowly resumed playing football after nearly 4 months of proper rest since the injury. Today its been over 5 months and i still experience occasional pain and discomfort in the ankle. How sever was my injury and what should i do about it now? Do i need any special exercises or a therapy?

Persistent neck pain

I am suffering from persostent neck pain and its not going away inspite of using ice pack ,hot water bag, exercises. I have had a back injury about 2 years back which resulted in slight wedging in lower back . this caused me a lot of discomfort and pain. I had to use belts and have attended physiotherapy for months. It got healed but because my job is a sitting job back pain started developing. I had my posture maintained, have been using lower back support. But the back pain always persisted although reduced so much that i dont really care. Now the problem has become complicated about 2 months back. I started developing neck pain. I have tried stretching exercises, yoga and had been using water bags. But all to no avail and the pain keeps going on. Also got tested for spondalytis. Thankfully i havent got it . I also need to visit a doctor. Please suggest should i visit a physiotherapist or a chiropractor or a neurologist?. In the mean time please suggest anything to get some relief.

Chondromalacic Patella

I have chondromalacic patella from almost 4 months and i have been doing all kind of Rehab/Stretching/Strengthening exercises from 3 months but still the pain in my leg persists. Main problem is during walking and I am not able to get to my original walking speed and there is lot of discomfort/pain while walking. The PT i am consulting says it will get better but its been long and now i am definitely scared, whether this problem is going to resolve or not. Have visited couple of doctors, everybody gives the same opinion of Rehabilation(Which i have been continuously following) but i feel we are not able to get to the root cause. My MRI says small ACL injury and a bit of synovial effusion and a bit of degeneration of meniscus but clinically all doctors say that I shouldn't worry much about MRI report and clinically all looks fine. My knee pain started in January in LK but now it's on both the knees. Please help in diagnosing the root cause

Back pain/cramp since last 2/2.5 years

I have been experiencing a peculiar lower back pain/cramping issue for the last 2–2.5 years. During the day, I do not have any pain, stiffness, or discomfort, despite having a desk-based job. However, at night, after falling asleep around 10:00–10:15 PM and getting approximately 5–6 hours of deep sleep, I wake up with a severe cramp-like pain in my lower back. When the pain occurs, it becomes difficult to turn from one side to another while lying in bed. I usually have to sit upright on the bed, and after about 15–20 minutes, the pain gradually subsides and I feel normal again. This episode occurs almost every night and has been continuing for more than two years. I consulted a doctor at AIG Hospitals, Gachibowli, who suggested that it might be related to Vitamin D deficiency. My Vitamin D levels have since improved, but the nighttime lower back cramping continues without any significant change. I would like to know the possible cause of this persistent nighttime lower back pain.

Muscle weakness

I have been experiencing progressive muscle weakness, which initially started in my right hand, palm, forearm, and arm, but has now also started affecting my left side. Symptoms include: • Weakness in both palms, forearms, and arms. • Burning sensation and muscle fatigue in the hands and arms, especially when holding objects for a longer period. • Difficulty holding items for long due to weakness and burning discomfort. • Inability to keep my arms raised for an extended time as they start feeling weak and tired. • Weakness and burning sensation in my right calf and around the muscles near the knee/leg joints, which has now also started affecting my left leg. • Burning sensation along the sides of both feet. The symptoms seem to be progressing from one side to both sides and are affecting my daily activities. Please let me know if there is any additional information you would like me to provide before the consultation. Thank you.

Menstrual cycle problem

My last menstrual period was from 22nd to 25th May. Due to contraceptive failure, I took an Unwanted 72 pill on 27th May, within a few hours of the incident. I experienced withdrawal bleeding starting on 2nd June, and it is still continuing. Until yesterday, I was having abdominal pain and leg pain, but since this morning, I have been experiencing significant breast tenderness why it's happening even after seven days of start of the bleeding, to the extent that even a light touch causes discomfort. I am concerned about whether these symptoms are normal side effects of the emergency contraceptive pill and whether they indicate that the pill has pr hasn't worked successfully.  Additionally, could these symptoms be early signs of pregnancy, or are they more likely to be side effects of the emergency contraceptive pill? Should I take a pregnancy test, and if so, when would be the appropriate time to do so?
