With the problems of cracking sound in knees while stands up after sleep or sitting, I visited Orthopedic doctor. He prescribed me following :- Tab Dserin-GM OD after Breakfast Tab Sipcol 500 At Night Calcirol Vit D sachet Two in a week (Mon & Thu) The problem is that while taking Tab Dserin-GM, I feel too much discomfort. There is stomach pain, chest pain, acidity along with heaviness in stomach. I am feeling sweating along with fatigue. Please guide me whether should I discontinue this medicine or not. I don't have any pain in my knees. My age is 42, weight 90 kg, height 57' I don't have any medical problems.

I went to dentist for my teeth checkup due to sensitivity and pain in June mid they told it's periodontitis stage 2 and would require scaling. Since due to lockdown and covid dentist are not doing scaling and provided me medicine for relief. Now I see the back teeth plaque is increasing rapidly and also my gums seems to inflamed and coming over teeth near wisdom teeths. Sometime I feel little discomfort and using gargle with salt water and brushing 2 times daily for 2 months. Please let me know why it has increased so rapidly and how we can control it as the medical facilities seems not likely to open in coming couple of months.

Hi, from last one week, every morning my 8.5 years old daughter is waking up with sticky eyes. The mucus is whitish/yellowish in color. There is no other discomfort, no redness, no irritation, no pain. After face wash and eye lid washing, it goes away for the day. Please guide. Additional info: My daughter has astigmatism and wears specs. Her uses laptop for her online classes on weekdays from 9 am to 1 pm with breaks in between. She usually has dry eyes and has been prescribed Optive for such times.

Hello, I've been having breathing issue and discomfort in chest since last 4 days, visited the Cardiologist yesterday, blood pressure was 164/96, got my ecg and tmt done. Both were normal, doc prescribed metpure tel 40 and Efanto 40 once a day. Earlier I was on, Metpure xl 50, telma 40 and S-Numlo 5. I'm still feeling fatigue and the breathing problem is still there. I am not gasping for breath,but I notice that I have to breathe, feels laboured. Spo2 was 98% yesterday. Am I okay ? Is it my anxiety making it worse for me? Please suggest what to do? Ps - I'm 30 yrs old, 104 kg 5ft 7 inch height.

Hello Dr m facing some prob related to my throat..one month before i went to ent Dr and he did endoscopy and diagnosed with acid reflux.. Still now also m taking medicines like pan d mucaine gel. But since from 4 days m feeling like if I take long breath it stucks in my throat... And I m facing discomfort while burping also.. I am not getting what to do.. Pls suggest me because m bit worried about my breathing issue.. Is it happens bcz of acid reflux... Pls reply me.. I ll co consult online..pls I wanted to know..

I have lower back pain from long time..few months ago i had urine infection with high fever..now days i am facing body pain especially lower back pain neck pain stomach pain. Side pain in abdomen..urine inconsistency.from last 2 days blood comes out from potty..sometimes I feel like nausea and dizziness..I have acidity problem also..mujhe dakar bahut aati hai aur pet fulne ki bhi problem hai. Sometimes I have pelvic pain and discomfort and pain during urination.. I am also facing morning stiffness.. I don't feel so much hunger these days

There was a spinal fracture last year for which the patient was bed ridden for 6 months, and she wears belt. After 6 months she does light household work but can't stand for more than 20mins and goes to bed. She feels as if there's some gap inside her body and don't feel stable while walking. He Arthritis problem is also there for the past 20 years. Recently she's is experiencing more pain along with swelling in different parts of the body due to Arthritis. The pain keep moving from shoulder, wrist, Knee, Heel, even tooth jaws etc... She feels constant gas problem, where she keeps getting constant burps which are very discomforting for her...

Hello doctors I am a new mother of 5 month old. My baby is on mix feed since 4th month. I used to feed him similac earlier (270ml/day). Recently I switched to similac advance stage 1(270ml/day). I noticed that almost after every feed he is passing green colored poop and when I breastfeed him,he passes yellow colored poop. He has no fever,no gas, no discomfort. His lowest birthweight 2.7 kg and current birth weight 5.8kg. Earlier my paed prescribed econorm for 3 days. Not much improvement. The poop is bright green to tan green, seedy and mucous. Frequency is 2-3 times in a day. Are these transition stools??shall I change the formula??. Please help

I have been on antidepressants (Prestiq 100 daily and Zolfresh 2.5-5mg) for quite sometime now. Dosage has reduced now as compared to before. However I haven't been able to reduce betacap intake and that has increased from 40 earlier to ciplar 80 LA now. I tried hard to reduce this with the help of psychiatrist but every time I do this, palpitations would go up and adds to a great discomfort. Feels like crushing pain around heart at times. The pain occurs at one place only and continues for long- hours, days and months. Never really stops. I have had ECGs, TMTs etc done at regular intervals but reports are always ok. I just hope that with this Ciplar going up to 100 LA at times now ,it doesn't accompany any severe side effects.

I suffer from sore neck whenever I am sitting for a long time. As a softwear professional the bad posture due to wfh and added work hours is escalating the pain and discomfort. The soreness in the neck comes within 2-3 hours of me sitting down to work. The soreness escalates to tugging and tingling in the back of my head as the time increases, stress and tension elevates it. Usually it Relieves after I lie down after I stop working after 8-9 hours. But sometimes the pain goes upward and the one side of my head start paining, and sometimes with a slight vomiting urg. I do not understand what this is and am really scared. Is this a neck issue or something else ???
