Hi, from last one week, every morning my 8.5 years old daughter is waking up with sticky eyes. The mucus is whitish/yellowish in color. There is no other discomfort, no redness, no irritation, no pain. After face wash and eye lid washing, it goes away for the day. Please guide.
Additional info: My daughter has astigmatism and wears specs. Her uses laptop for her online classes on weekdays from 9 am to 1 pm with breaks in between. She usually has dry eyes and has been prescribed Optive for such times.

Don’t put Optive just before going to bed. You can put Moxifoxacin eye drops 3 times a day for 5 days. If it doesn’t improve, consult an eye specialist. Make sure she’s wears specs all the time
