Hi,
I am Software Engineer facing Dry eyes and also have redness when I woke up in morning.
I am taking Thyronorm 100 mcg from long time as I have subclinical hypothyroid disease.
Also taking medicines for fatty liver prescribed by doctor and have low vitamin b12 and D as well as Iron deficiency and taking medicines for it.
Can you suggest anything for my eyes as I wear spects and -0.75.

Start using preservative free eye drop 4 times in a day. Take rest when using screen for a long time.
Take omega tablet once in a day it will be good for you.
Avoid dust, maintain cleanliness.
