I can see in the second picture white spot in black part of your left eye alongwith redness. Is there pain in eye and watering? Are you a contact lens user? Recurring problem?
Please get a detailed examination from nearby ophthalmologist. Meanwhile start antibiotic eyedrops like vigamox eyedrops 3 times a day for 5 days and lubricating eyedrops like refresh liquigel 4 times a day.
