Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Have been experiencing some discomfort in my lower back for the past 3-4 months. Took a 1 month break from Gym and took proper rest which gave a lot of relief. Started Gym again about a month ago, and the pain is back since yesterday and is even more severe. I am not a heavy lifter in Gym, just do some Cardio exercises. I drive approximately 80 kms everyday to work and do a desk job. About 5 years ago i was involved in a bike accident and have stiffness in my left knee ever since, so don't run much in gym as it starts paining every few months. Ever since, the back pain has started bothering it at times radiates through the thighs to the left knee and calf muscles. Please advise.

USG: liver mildly enlarged in size,shape (13.8CM),regular smooth outline.The parenchymal is homogenous. intrahepatic biliary are not dilated,no focal parenchymal lesion visualized. Impression: Mild hepatomegaly Bilirubin Total(Serum): 1.6 SGPT(Serum): 59 HBsAG: Non reactive Is it serious? do i need further test?what medicine should i take? (having gas and abdomen discomfort, vomiting in the morning sometimes),had diarrhea 10 days back. Medicine taking currently: Revago,kiwilac,megzyme,diovol.

Having shifting pain in the abdomen since 3 months . Did usg of abdomen which says THERE IS MILD WALL EDEMA OF DISTAL ILEUM AND CECCUM LIKELY OF INFECTIOUS ETIOLOGY. BOWEL MOVEMENTS MAINTAINED. NO THICKENED MASS IN APPENDIX / BOWEL. Did blood test which shows lymphocytes percentage : 43.1% Lymphocytes absolute count : 3.27 Took antibiotics for two weeks and Den shifted to Ayurvedic medicines for 1 month Still have discomfort in the stomach along with excessive burps. I am feeling Chest pain on left side from last one year. In a year i counsulted many reputeded cardiologist however all telling same Costochondritis. But i feel sometimes chest discomfort and pain when deep breathe. I am not sure what it is and when i will get rid of the pain. Its really scary for me every time since its related to heart. Doctor says muscles spasm. I have produced all ECG.,CHEST X-RAY, HRCT SCAN, BLOOD TEST, LIPID PROFILE all are normal. I am not able to concentrate my daily office work due the pain. Please suggest what next i can do for proper diagnosis and proper treatment please help me.

My father aged 49 gone through abdominal surgery bcoz of colon 15 months ago .But till date suffering from pain in incision part n muscles near incision And a ball  like  structure form when he coughs .On consultation with surgeon he concluded that the muscles are weak near that part n can heal with time passage or if their is severe discomfort we need to have one more minor surgery , I guess he pronounced ie :  patching Plz advice any measure to strengthen abdominal muscles without surgery or any diet n exercise N why the ball like structure form Durning cough near to incision .

Doc, Initially 2-3 years back I used to get jock itch might be bcoz i am a sportsman and my jock used to get sweat and I was using Candiderma-B cream for this... But due my rashes and itching was common. So I visited skin doctor. They told, bcoz of candiderma regular usage, my jock skin cells are damaged and he suggested some tablets and given Amonext cream instead of Candiderma. But my question is still I feel my jock skins are getting damaged further and there is no reduction in jock itching. I use half cetrizine tablet when ever I get jock itching...Now without cetrizine and Amonext cream I feel discomfort all the time. What you suggest me to do? I need to come out from this please. Jock itching at work area is really irritates and how can I lead a good life like before?

Hi, My self Neha,I m 30yr old,from few days I m hvng face allergy ,which irritation discomfort me,swelling my eyes also,my face get red,and tanning appear,last Tuesday I went to Aquatica and I had bath in pool after dat irritation increase lot due to heat my sensitive skin get red in sun,I applied face pack it relief me for hour only,rashes has appear now all over d face my eyes are swelling .plz advice wat shud I do.I had allergy tab also. I have been feeling discomfort and irritation with my right eye with red veins visible. I ignored assuming it's a case of dry eyes as a result of staring at computer monitor and mobile for long. But it hasn't got better in the last 24 hours even after sleep. Vision is fine and I have no history of vision problems. I do have borderline diabetes and consume eggs and soda quite often. Could this just be a minor infection that will get better with time (I have over-the-counter eye drops for dry eyes) or should I see an ophthalmologist?

Last date of Period 26/04/18. Periods slightly irregular by 2/3 days. On 21/04/18 had intercourse. No other intercourse between the last period date and that date. On 24/04/18 started spotting and lasted for 4 days. Discharge with brown clots only. Today, 28/04/18 no discharge nor period. Yesterday night backache and cramps only right side for around 3 hours. Today morning, vaginal discomfort, especially after going to the washroom. No sore or tender breasts, no fatigue, but stomach bloating.

I started getting abdominal pain and heart burn symptoms 4months back which reduced with PPI and a few antibiotics and I continued taking ppi whenever I felt discomfort. But since a week my symptoms of heart burn are at a peak, I have abdominal pain, excessive flautance, black stools, frequent hunger, pain reduces if I immediately eat food, mild fever, letharginess, burning sensation in my stomach and chest, this sometimes radiates to my lower back and nausea. Can you please tell me what the problem could be?
