Hello, I have had my Patellar dislocated (Right leg) on 14th September while playing indoor cricket, as soon as I had a fall I have immediately moved it back to its position. 2 days later went for an x-ray (attached). Since entire knee areas had swelling, I was being adviced to put ice packs and complete bed rest which I am following regularly. Now it's 14 days since then, swelling is reduced but still there is little swelling on left side of knee area (inwards). I feel discomfort / muscle stress pull when I try to fold my leg after a certain angle. I just wanted to check how long it's gonna take for me to walk on my own? Any other advice. I haven't been for MRI (not prescribed), shall I go and get it one?

From last few days i was feeling heaviness in chest. STILL I M FEELING PAIN IN CHEST N HEAVINESS IN CHEST DISCOMFORT ALONG WITH STOMACH ACH. WHAT SHOULD I DO.

Hello, I have been diagnosed with bi-polar type 2 and I might have border line personality disorder, I take prescribed medication. I'm a 20 year old female. In the morning I take 1 valproic acid 250mg pill , 1 and 1/2 escitalopram 10mg pill, and 1 synthroid 0.05mg pill. In the evening I take 2 valproic acid 250mg pills. Female 5'4 around 135lbs I have ongoing stomach troubles for a couple of years. Symptoms: Diarrhea (Frequent) Constipation Nausea Bloating Stomach Discomfort and Pain Indigestion Many foods hurt my stomach including sugar, dairy, some carbs, and spicy foods. These symptoms can occur during or after increase when I eat and lay down or if I eat later than 8pm. My blood sugar is usually low. When testing my blood sugar it was usually between 40-100. I am unsure what to do.

I am unable to pass my stools from the last 3 days and 4 if we include today. my stomach and area just below stomach feels heavy and discomfortable. I was first digonosed constipation 1.5 monts before and at that time doctor had prescribed me latitol monohydrate syrup 66.67% thrice daily(each time 15ml).i took the medication for just one day and everything became normal.But from last 10 days i was feeling the same sensation and then from last 3 days i became severe.i an unable to pass bowels comptely.it feels like a large amout of stools is still inside but is unable to come out..please help..

Hi , there is pain and feeling of discomfort around my knees , feels pain below my foot sole when i stand for more than 5 min . Feels creeping sound from my knees when i do squats or running , dont feel confident while jogging .  this is happening from last 1- 1.5 yrs. My height is 5.11 , weight is 98 . pls suggest. I also have history of back pain , which now subsidised ...but knee pain increases . I have to sit around 7 hrs at office and 2 hrs of driving daily . I also do morning walk regularly for 20 mins. Kindly suggest for knee pain .

I am a recent patient of hight BP and fatty liver. I recently gone for abdomen ultrasound to check condition of liver. Its still showing fatty liver. However in that ultrasound doctor said she can see Bilateral bulky seminal vesicles. Seminal vesicles are bulky bilaterally right measuring 12.2mm in AP diameter and left 11.9mm. They show subcetimetric cysts within. I consulted my family general physician and he gave me Antibiotic course to reduce any infection. But i dont know why i feel disccomfort (not pain) on the right abdoment and i feel sensation and discomfort ( not pain) in my testicles. What should i do. Is this sumthing dangerous disease. Please suggest me what should I do.

Hi doctor, I had unprotected sex with my gf on 3rd may, day before her periods was due.And I didn't ejaculate inside but wasn't sure about precum. So to be on the safe side, she took ipill within 4 hours and on the very same day she started bleeding in the night for around 3 hours and the bleeding stopped completely. We thought it was the side effect of ipill.And again on 15th May, she started bleeding which continued for 3 days and this was very very heavy bleeding. Again we thought it to be as the side effect of ipill. But yesterday, she noticed that there was blood in her stools(though it was not heavier) and she also had sudden pain in upper abdomen for a while. Now today morning she noticed that there was lot of blood in her stools and also the same discomfort was there. To be accurate the pain is around the belly button. Please help me...she is very tensed
