Hi, I have pain in left testicle from two months onwards. When I was get pain on first time I have done ultrasound scrotum. It is reported left spermatic cord mild bulgy compared to right. I have taken linezolid 500mg and pain killer for 10 days.. Pain was reduced upto 70% not completely. Again after one month I have got severe pain in my left testicle. Again I have done ultrasound. The report shows same. That is left spermatic cord bulgy due to funiculitis. I have taken ornof and banocide forte and pain killer for 5days.. But still pain is occurred. I have more sexual feelings. And I could manstrubate regularly. That time I don't have any discomfort. Mostly I got pain on evening time. Urine culture is normal. I have consulted two urologists. They are saying nothing. Every thing is normal. Still I have pain. Please advise me.

I m 30 -Male, working in IT. I've muliple problems with me, I'd stone in submandibular duct removed twice. Had severe GERD issues causing polyps on my vocal cord. But Now in control. I also had hemorrhoids (initial stage) which I am taking medication for. Now I am suffering from severe lower backpain on left, cant sit straight for more time. Now the pain is rushing towards my leg causing discomfort behind my knee joint and toes. I also started getting pain at my left waist.

I haven’t had a bowel movement in almost 2 weeks. Last time I had to take ex lax just for a little relief. I’ve been feeling more and more bloated but then today my stomach started hurting. Cramps fullness discomfort. I also began to feel nauseous, I have cottonmouth too. Problem is every time I eat or drink something the fullness feeling gets worse and my stomach starts hurting worse. Dear Sir, I am suffering from gas flatulence 10-14 times in a day since last 3 months. My health is very good. All executive health check up report is normal. Age 44, wt 81 kg, ht 5 10 fit. Recently one monthback I got discomfort & little blood on finger while washing after defacttion. I showed it to surgeon who told me that I have external piles second grade.  Can tbis flatulence cause piles.  Pl advise treatment & medicine.  I am working at middle management position & has got80% office job & traveling.  I am applying pilorute cream 2 times and taking lactulose 15 ml in night.

I have regular menstrual cycle with 5 days of bleeding , usually heavy on day 1 then light. Have noticed on 2 occasions, once after intercourse, bled very heavily as if tap turned on, experienced dyspareaunia, lasted for few hrs then scanty bleed for 36hrs. Then second occasion, went to pass urine and bled heavily , again as if a tap turned on, lasted for few hrs then scanty bleed for about 36 hrs. Hi I had an ankle surgery where both bones were fixed using 2 screws . I was on cast for 6 weeks post which I immediately started bearing weight on my fractured ankle . There is swelling post removal of the cast . I can walk normally but defenitely feel a little discomfort on my fractured ankle . Pain is very minimal but my botheration is my swelling . It's bn 10 dys and the swelling is still there . Is it normal ? Also climbing up the stairs is easier than climbing down .

Train in gym all my life about a month ago pulled my lower back (my diagnosis) not the first time i have felt this discomfort. Adjusted training wore a belt, stopped lower body movements. Last weekend, pain moved from buttocks, down leg, to groin area, inner groin, made walking difficult putting weight on left leg. 3 days ago felt pain in testicle dull pain, pain then was felt deep in groin, left testicle. I'm 19yo female .ive been having severe lower back pain from that starts right at the middle of my spine and it doesn't feel like musle pain. I had 5-6 small esophagal ulcers in my lower esophagus in nov-dec 2016 due to acidity. Those were diagnosed by a gastroscopy & treated within 2 months using SomprazD & Sompraz each a day in morning & night respectively. Felt normal for a couple months after the treatment but started feeling a little discomfort again. It's not as bad as it was last year but small pinching sensation & a little pain right side of the chest now. Please help if it's recurred & how to treat permanently.
