Bulky seminal vesicles
I am a recent patient of hight BP and fatty liver. I recently gone for abdomen ultrasound to check condition of liver. Its still showing fatty liver. However in that ultrasound doctor said she can see Bilateral bulky seminal vesicles. Seminal vesicles are bulky bilaterally right measuring 12.2mm in AP diameter and left 11.9mm. They show subcetimetric cysts within. I consulted my family general physician and he gave me Antibiotic course to reduce any infection. But i dont know why i feel disccomfort (not pain) on the right abdoment and i feel sensation and discomfort ( not pain) in my testicles. What should i do. Is this sumthing dangerous disease. Please suggest me what should I do.

Good follow up required for subcentric cyst in seminal vesicles. Get a transrectal ultrasonography done after course of antibiotics is completed. Other workup includes urine examination. Scrotal support is advisable for discomfort in the testicles
