There was a spinal fracture last year for which the patient was bed ridden for 6 months, and she wears belt. After 6 months she does light household work but can't stand for more than 20mins and goes to bed. She feels as if there's some gap inside her body and don't feel stable while walking. He Arthritis problem is also there for the past 20 years. Recently she's is experiencing more pain along with swelling in different parts of the body due to Arthritis. The pain keep moving from shoulder, wrist, Knee, Heel, even tooth jaws etc... She feels constant gas problem, where she keeps getting constant burps which are very discomforting for her...

Hello doctors I am a new mother of 5 month old. My baby is on mix feed since 4th month. I used to feed him similac earlier (270ml/day). Recently I switched to similac advance stage 1(270ml/day). I noticed that almost after every feed he is passing green colored poop and when I breastfeed him,he passes yellow colored poop. He has no fever,no gas, no discomfort. His lowest birthweight 2.7 kg and current birth weight 5.8kg. Earlier my paed prescribed econorm for 3 days. Not much improvement. The poop is bright green to tan green, seedy and mucous. Frequency is 2-3 times in a day. Are these transition stools??shall I change the formula??. Please help

I have been on antidepressants (Prestiq 100 daily and Zolfresh 2.5-5mg) for quite sometime now. Dosage has reduced now as compared to before. However I haven't been able to reduce betacap intake and that has increased from 40 earlier to ciplar 80 LA now. I tried hard to reduce this with the help of psychiatrist but every time I do this, palpitations would go up and adds to a great discomfort. Feels like crushing pain around heart at times. The pain occurs at one place only and continues for long- hours, days and months. Never really stops. I have had ECGs, TMTs etc done at regular intervals but reports are always ok. I just hope that with this Ciplar going up to 100 LA at times now ,it doesn't accompany any severe side effects.

I suffer from sore neck whenever I am sitting for a long time. As a softwear professional the bad posture due to wfh and added work hours is escalating the pain and discomfort. The soreness in the neck comes within 2-3 hours of me sitting down to work. The soreness escalates to tugging and tingling in the back of my head as the time increases, stress and tension elevates it. Usually it Relieves after I lie down after I stop working after 8-9 hours. But sometimes the pain goes upward and the one side of my head start paining, and sometimes with a slight vomiting urg. I do not understand what this is and am really scared. Is this a neck issue or something else ???

Recently I have facing some problems 1. Neck and shoulder pain. 2. Dizziness, discomfortable in  head. For neck pain I have done cervical spine x-ray. I have facing this symptoms from near about 20 days. I took Zerodol TH 4 and vertin 16 mg for 10 days. Neck pain is reduced,but not totally remove and  dizziness is not gone. I feel something give pressure on my neck. When neck pain increases dizziness also increases. One question : Is my X ray report ok?

Sir, from last 6 days I have gastric problem, after getting lunch and dinner I fell discomfortable, More than 2hrs b urping come with sound, some time I fell breathing problems while burping, no pain in stomach,5-6 hrs after eating I have felling relax . After eating my stomach is fully filling by gas.i have getting motion like oily and stool color lite black, I have online consultant with doctor he given medicine nexpro, ganton and OZ500mg ,I have taken this medicine from 2days but nothing improve. Please advise me what to do?

M a asthama patient from childhood, since 10 days I having slight breathing difficulty and pain in chest both side and back sides also.Am having breathing normal but I feel like their is some discomfort while breathing and slight chest pain in between. I went to pulmonologist for this also, she prescribed some medicine for a week , but is not cured yet. I took one x Ray of chest also, and pulmonologist informed nothing to worry after seeing x Ray. I don't have fever, cold or cough neither any of the symptoms of covid 19. But I am concerned that breathing difficulty is also symptom of covid 19, please suggest that whether I should undergo covid 19 test or not.

Hi , I have itching and slight swelling on my clitoris , I'm feeling discomfort. I had the same issue 2 months back . I met gynaecologist, she gave me Candulq health wash and ointment. It cured in 3 to four days . Earlier I had this twice last year in October 2019 and earlier to that 3 months back . It cured by itself . I'm not sure why I'm getting this frequently . I'm washing with candula and using the same ointment .Now we are not able to go to hospital as we all are inside the home . Can I continue to use the same cream and ointment. Is it something need to be worried ? Please advice .

Waking up to pee & poop in the middle of the night from last 4 days since from last 4 days I'm taking omega 3 tabs & becasules caps.. What might be the problem? the tablets causes changes in bowel habits? Last week i had mild chest discomfort and shoulder pain my doctor said to get the test done like ecg, tmt & 2d echo fortunately all tests are normal.. doctor said don't worry just take this tablets.. Hello, I have diagonised kidney stones couple of weeks back, and the size were around 4mm to 6mm on both side of kidneys, as surgeon gave prescription of Himqlqya cystone tabs and some pain killers if any occurs during stone passing period. Am strictly following the diet now and keeping myself more hydrated along with citrus fruits and coconut water regularly. yesterday pain was started, its exactly un predictable wheatjer its a pain or discomfort, as i was feeling pressure like urin and motion ...but it wont happening again and again...finally took a meftal p tab then got back to normal in few minuts. doctor can you help me why am getting a pain kind of feel in testicles during this period? is this common or any thing can be done? please help Attached reports below
