Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

It's been 10 month back I had pain in my right ribs I visited cardiologist went through ecg and bp check both were normal. Then my neck pain and my head went numb. Soon after I visited neurologist he did some investigation and asked for neck and emg along with Lyrica tablet. I was not comfortable with that neurologist so I went to different neurologist who was specialist in movement disorder after listening to my symptoms he told it's anxiety and asked me to visit psychiatrist. I felt like it was not anxiety. After 2 months again I visited same neurologist and told him I had very bad pain In left shoulder and hand he told anxiety will us the cause I questioned him that was he 100% sure that's anxiety so he told by your symptoms I can say it's anxiety then for my assurance he asked for Brian mri, angea and spine mri. All reports were normal. 3 months back my thumb twitched for 2 days and stopped now there is no twitch but my right shoulder, hand and leg have more pain compared to right.

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 1 month ago(ef=61%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in January '26 Seldom I feel discomfort and tightness, heaviness like feeling & pain in the left chest. sometime even at rest.moreover feel  pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.                                  Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you

My father, (79 yrs), has been experiencing a persistent “block” or “jam” feeling between his upper abdomen and lower chest, mostly after lunch and an afternoon nap. The discomfort is not associated with chest pain, sweating, or fatigue, and it gradually subsides with time or distraction.His cardiac and respiratory evaluations — ECG, 2D Echo (EF 58%, no RWMA), Chest X-ray, BNP — are all normal. Endoscopy showed gastric erythema and erosions, RUT negative. Over the past two months, he has tried several gastric and motility medicines:Voltapraz 20, Razo-L, Omez DSR Sucral-O, Mucaine Gel Acogut (Lupin), Itovyom Bloatpill Ganaton (Itopride). Despite these treatments and lifestyle changes (light diet, sitting upright for 2–3 hrs post-lunch), the “block/jam” feeling continues to appear almost daily after meals.Kindly advise whether this could be due to reflux-related diaphragm pressure or something else ? Last October 2024 I started feeling discomfort in my anal while passing stool and after that discomfort in sitting on chair it persisted till 1 week nd then i consulted a doctor and he suggested that its piles issue he didn't physically examine he gave me 5 days antibiotic course nd some pain killers after that pain gone nd i felt a pimple on the topside of anal outside it was small then i told him that he said its normal after that he suggested me 2 months homeopathy medicine course some pilex ointment and tablet two times a day for two month i did the course but in between the course after 1 month the problem reoccured the pimple start paining while touching to apply cream nd passing stool become difficult and this time blood with stool then i again visited him he suggests to stop medicine homeopathy nd suggested me. to consult general surgeon i did nd describe him the issue he said its anal fissure nd give pilosoothe (calcium dobosilate cream)but still pimple issue persists afterall

From Monday I am experiencing left side chest discomfort like when I laid down  I felt that my heart is beating very fast that is palpitations .Then yesterday  I felt chest pain for 1-2 minutes and lower back pain simultaneously and felt dizzy which get little better with lying down along with burping and when I eat something there is wierd feeling in my back like that of burning or heartburn and cold right hand and right feet left hand and feet is also cold but it is less colder  than right one .And today I am feeling pain in right  feet and on and off dizziness . Hi Doctors, Recovered from covide 53 days back. Having gastric problem. Used different tablets of different gastroenterologist since 40 days. Since three days low fevar and vomiting sensation, dizziness if I work on system and I fell like something in my eye like small stone since 40 days. Very little breathing issue. 30 days back co-rads-1 in HRCT. For gastic used Pan-d for 20 days sural for 10 days. Rival-ls, Normaxin, inderal 10 mg for 20 days. Gastric is decreased to lot but when it comes it is trouble a lot. Now using only Normaxin in afternoon and inderal 10 mg at night because I'm not getting Rival-ls tablet. Gastric problem before  lots of Reflection, buring and pains in stomach area discomfort in chest breathing issue. Toung both sides sore and salt at the day. Gastric problem now  stomach area pains Discomfort in Chest Will eating only toung turn in sore and salt. Why getting vomiting sensation. Getting irritated with camphor smell. I have been struggling with meniscus tear since 2020. I went to famous doc in march 2022 and seeing my MRi , he suggested surgery not required physiotherapy will work and asked me to come back after 3 months. I was feeling bit ok with exe. & later on with work pressure i didnot go. Its been 1.5 years . I recently took MRI as i started feel bit discomfort ( no pain). The discomfort comes &  goes.  I used to do knee exe. not so regularly but now im doing.And also I found there is not much difference between MRI i took in march 2022 to MRi i took in oct 2023. I found only the following one addition ie. Chondromalacia grade 2 & early patellar tendopathy. The old impressions were chronic partial tear of acl and peripheral tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus.   Now based on this do i have to go for surgery or physiotherapy can cure me?For ref.im 6 feet tall , underweight and do take precautions like avoiding staircase , wearing knee straps and physiotherapy for 5-10 minutes. Plz help.

I was Diagnosed with pml prolapse 1 yr ago, due to mild chest discomfort them 2d echo showed trivial Mr n rest all normal even ct angio normal, doctor gave me 10mg inderal 2 times a day for chest discomfort after 9 months echo showed trivial mr, no rwma of lv, good biventricular systolic function (EF 67%), mild tr with pah, rest all normal, doc said everything was fine and not to worry but I heard pah is serious life threating disease and needs urgent care at present I don't have any symptoms but some times have palpitations and dizziness after diagnosis also had anxiety regarding my health and future. I have huge college loans but with this condition will it be hard for me to work in future, will I live long enough with pah? No family history with heart disease. Is there any way to cure pah or control it, doctor said don't worry everything is fine as per report he didn't mention anything abt pah but after i searched for it I started getting anxiety please tell truth abt pah.
