Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Numbness, Pain or discomfort, Unable to grip (palm) and Weakness from last month, Please advice.

Few months back i was diagnosed with mild gastritis through endoscopy, after that i was having medicication of PPI and nexito for few months and it took more than 3-4 months to get a relief from the discomfortness and in few days there is a good improvement and recently i have stopped the medications. And from the last 4 weeks i was facing discomfortness in stomach like gas trouble, lower abdomen heaviness and constipations. With these i am feeling very much irritated and anger feeling. I was not able to properly sleep in the last 3 days. Many things are going through the back of mind which i couldn't be able to control and getting emotional and angry.

History : 2 years (01/10/2018)back had abdominal discomfort , went for colonoscopy , polyps were discovered and later removed using polypectomy procedure . Test were perfomed on the section and ( Histopathology showed " No Parasite /No Granuloma / No Malignancy is seen " . - - Interpretation / Result : Tubular Adenoma - Colon ) . In year 2019 ( 26/08/2019) again went for reexamination i.e Colonoscopy , Impression Result were : Normal Study . After that things went fine with no stress . Now from 8 days I am again having little discomfort in abdomin which is stressing me out , Doc says it's IBS and prescribed medicine . I am bit concerned what to do , as of current I am taking tab Asterab , Tab Morcase and VSpas . Please advise what to do , shall I aging go for Colonoscopy or wait .

Today i got slapped very tightly near my ear and after that i started feeling discomfort in that ear like listening less from that ear .A type of feeling like blocked ear was there so i came home and put little oil in that ear and slept thinking it will be fine when i will wake up.But after 7 hours also i am feeling discomfort in that ear . I am not feeling pain in that ear only the problem is in hearing. I am hearing comparatively less from that ear as compared to another one.I read about perforated eardrum i think my ear is perforated but till now i m not feeling pain and no fluid has came from the ear so i am little confused what to do now and feeling very very very scared .please help me

CXR normal .left pleural effusion cured by antibiotics course of 21 days (one year back) . ??? Cause of pain please answer sir. It is necessary to repeat these test again
