Hello Doctor, I am 21 Years Male. Don't Smoke & Don't Drink. I am experiencing palpitations & discomfort in my heart, every morning when I wake up in the morning I feel pressure in heart and this happens most of the time in a day, I feel beating sensation in my chins, and sometimes in left shoulder. Sometimes when I eat or bath then also this happens. The average BP is 125/77 & Pulse is sometimes 60-66 & sometimes it is between 75-92. Also I feel shortness of breath sometime. This is happening since last 1 year, but it has become usual now. I feel anxiety, please help me.

I've feeling discomfort in left arm (not numbness or vigorous pain) especially when I lay down for sleep! And sometimes  I've experiencing irregular heartbeat for few seconds. all sleeping positions will not give any  comfort for me! Due to this I can't sleep even I do excercise like walking for over 2 hrs. I have feeling lazy all the day. It's hard to sleep and difficult to poop! I will not feeling anything in the day time except laziness and tiredness! I'm very much worried and doctors are not available due to this lockdown please help me! Anything serious??

Hi, I suffer from Chest discomfort and pain on back shoulder on left side occasionally . sometimes it last for a couple of days. I did an ECG, Echo and TMT stress test and all are normal. I was later asked to do Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D tests . My vitamin D level was 8.5 and the doctor has prescribed supplements for the same . Can I rule out any serious heart issues or should I be concerned about anything . If so, what test should I take next to rule out heart issues.

I had stomach infection. 2 weeks back which was resolved by ciprofloxacin TZ. I now am feeling discomfort in the left side and outer side of my abdomen, but I don't feel it whole time it comes and goes. I had similar condition 4yrs back back was resolved using isabgol powder prescribed by the gastroenterologist in Mumbai. My sonography reports is clean with no complications. Kindly suggest what I should do?

I am having chest discomfort from last 3 months, somewhat like irritation, burning sensation near left side of my chest, sometimes it causes like pinning. The pain is not severe, but it also sometimes moves to armpit and back. Consulted cardiologist, 2D echo and TMT were done on last July. One month later, did one more TMT. "Both times the reports were normal". But still sometimes there is a burning sensation around chest left side, and sometimes feels liking pinning. "Is this a thing to worry?" Do I need to consult Cardiologist once again?

This is the second time I'm having a strange discomfort in my vagina (as if there is something inside, at the vaginal opening). And was having difficulty in urination. This last happened before 15 days. Yesterday it happened again. Now it is completely alright. So, it happens and stays for a while (2 hours approx) and gets completely alright. I'm very confused and concerned what it might be. Can you please help me understand what could be the issue? Also could you tell me would visiting a gynaecologist or urologist would be better?

I have intermittent pain in left arm and upper back .and discomfort in breathing. My 2d echo and ecg reports are normal but showing only higher heart beat 105bpm. My vitamin d test shows 15 iu I.e deficiency. And my rbc level is 4.15 and hdl is 26 and ldl is48. I don't know what to do?

I have been experiencing discomfort in my right eye since 7 months.I visited many doctors they were not sure of the issue.I dont even have sight also.I sit before computer for 10-12 hrs a day.So i tried experimenting without computer for 2 days even then i experienced discomfort.DIscomfort i like i wont feel comfortable to open the eye.I feel like pulling my eye upward so that it gives bit of relaxation.I dont feel like doing any work.Please do help its effecting my daily work.

There is a discomfort in my clitoris towards the end of my peeing .And there is also a strong smell in my pee .And it stings inside my clit during pee.And at times I have an urge to urinate .And sometimes it has a mild burning sensation in my vagina.Its been almost 3 months but I m not at all benefited with any antibiotics .Antibiotics made me much more weak and feel nauseous at times.And I also have mucus problem in my stool .So this urine problem is creating a fuss in my daily life.
