2 days b4 I got chest pain at the end of right rib cage. It was just at centre of last rib, and if I touch I can feel the pain. Till today its their, gone decreasing but I don't know who should I consult. I am also having pain in back below both shoulders. Please suggest the right consultant.

Can someone who run 1 kms easily, had negative tmt and normal echo 2 weeks back have cardiac issue? I feel chest discomfort, i have some gastric issue also, yesterday i was feeling chest heavy while lying down, did ecg and trop t, both came normal, trop t was 0.6 pg. But this discomfort is frightening me, i am also off balanced specially while sitting, can walk run hike easily. This week i walked 12 kms on hills. Pl guide.

I have discomfort in left side and arm to shoulder. I had all test done ECG,ECHO and TMT all is normal. LDL and triglycerides are high and hypertension medicine is going on Telma AMH and bisporol 2.5 mg . Udicare300 for grade 2 for fatty liver. This problem start in December 2023. I had gallbladder surgery in September 2023. Before that all things were normal. What is the cause of this discomfort despite all test normal. ??? It causes me real anxiety and feeling that I can die any minute.

Sir my age is 21 yrs old and from last 2 days I feel discomfort in my right testicle and also having mild pain all the time sir what problem do I have is it testicular torsion or something else, even my right leg feels very weak and having tingling sensation sometimes.   I am very much afraid . Plz help and I  earlier around 2 yrs before I was unable to urinate and was  diagnosed with uti and bph symptoms. Sir plz help about my testis is it testicle tortion or not? I have checked by balls and they look normal but right looks little swollen but no redness nothing and both the testis are at same height . Can I have testicular torsion with discomfort and mild pain ?

Sir I am suffering from chest discomfort from last one year and my resting heart rate before meals will be 50 to 55 and after meals it will be 55 to 65. On January 2020 and June 2020 two time herat related check uplike ecg ,echo tmt thyroid lipid sugar and tropinin I and t and all the reports were normal. Recently I done endoscopy also and I have gerd problem . I am very scaring bcz continue I am getting chest discomfort leg numbness and before meal body will be shaking. My bp normal in home Reding when doctor clinic it will be 130/90 or 140/100 . Please advise.

3 years back, I had an erection. That time there was a feeling of strain. From then, sometimes I feel a discomfort in my right testicle with slight feeling of strain/discomfort/heaviness in right lower abdomen. Also I feel a little pain/stiffness/uneasiness in my lower back. In 2018, at the time of occurrence, I had undergone USG. USG report was normal. Also, while visiting one surgeon in 2019, for consultation on some other issues, I had my testicles checked by the doctor. He inspected by his hands and told me that the both testicles were equal in size and were properly in sack. The the problem has not gone away. I also have not seen any doctor on the issue since then as it feels very embarrassing to discuss the same on face to face with a doctor. Please suggest me what to do. Is there anything serious?

I delivered baby girl on oct 8th ots c-section after 15mins of delivery i started shivering and discomfort in jaws kind of tightness... i told doctors they gave injection after that shivering is gone but now also sometimes i feel same jaw discomfort not severe like which i had at delivery time but very mild tightness kind thing actually i unble to Express the kind of sensation im getting...if i bite my teeth all together it will go... is not normal for few months or something wrong with me or is it anesthesia effect still im having?

CAD 25-50℅LAD. Normal ECG, 2D Echo, Threadmill test & blood reports. Lipid profile normal. No BP/Sugar. These are stable for the last 1.5yrs. At this stage, whether I am heart patient and liable for heart attack in future? Simultaneously other symptoms like left chest discomfort, left shoulder joint/elbow pain, stomach discomfort, neck pain (all are mild), right knee & behind muscle pain, sole pain are occurring at times after food and go away. Normal chest PA. Whether I am a patient of heart related or any other NCCP? Pl guide me.

Sometimes if I urinate soon after ejaculation, I will feel pain in my urethra near the tip of the penis. Also, sometimes I will feel mild discomfort even before I have urinated. The burning pain during urination usually only lasts for about 30 minutes with mild discomfort lasting another 30 minutes or so. During this time, it feels like I can't empty my bladder and I end up visiting the bathroom many times, only urinating a little at a time. This only happens periodically and can happen after masturbation or intercourse. I have had this problem for several years now (even before I became sexually active). Since it only happens once in a while, I haven't mentioned it to a doctor, but I'd like to know what the problem is and if I can do anything about it. I am hoping someone here can help me understand what is going on.

I am on BP med post covid. I have been having slight pain on right end of rib cage for a while which happens sometimes and recently i changed my bp med and am having pain in the left end area of the rib cage . I can feel that the pain is on top of the rib part when i touch it it pains a bit. What could it be ?
