Left chest discomfort
CAD 25-50℅LAD. Normal ECG, 2D Echo, Threadmill test & blood reports. Lipid profile normal. No BP/Sugar. These are stable for the last 1.5yrs. At this stage, whether I am heart patient and liable for heart attack in future? Simultaneously other symptoms like left chest discomfort, left shoulder joint/elbow pain, stomach discomfort, neck pain (all are mild), right knee & behind muscle pain, sole pain are occurring at times after food and go away. Normal chest PA. Whether I am a patient of heart related or any other NCCP? Pl guide me.

There is blockage in LAD but that significant to open up with stent , only medications has to be given to prevent heart attack and half the progression of this blockage.
