Hi sir ,i am 34 and wt 93 After few min of exercise there is a sharp pain occur under left rib cage when inhale or exhale but no pain when I hold breadth,Is it heart pain ? past history 1.Ecg echo 2d and TMT normal 5moths back 2. CXR normal .left pleural effusion cured by antibiotics course of 21 days (one year back) . ??? Cause of pain please answer sir. It is necessary to repeat these test again
