Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Hello, I had diarrhoea for three days and it is now gone, but on the first day I had vomiting, stomach muscle pain, and back rib pain. All of this is now gone, but the back rib pain remains. I can't stand or work for long periods of time. Is this normal and will it go away on its own, or do I need to see a doctor? Also, what medications can I take?

I had severe pain on right side of my sternum so got MRI done in October 2021 which said..Subluxated rib under my breast..It's been 6 months..I still have pain at the joint and can feel the floating ribs..no breathing issues so far. Can you please advice how long it takes to heal and also can it cause any issues in the breast ?

I am experiencing pain in the rib cage region above the liver. I had taken a scan and have attached the scan result in this question. It says liver enlarged to 16.5cm. The doctor has suggested Liv.52 tablet for now. Do I need to consult any specific doctor or take any scan? The pain is there more during day time and less during sleep time. But the uneasy feel is always present at the ribs. Pls suggest me a solution

10 days back my both legs slips on opposite direction , I didn't fall however I felt a sharp pain in my right side lower ribs area, there is no fracture there. I am still suffering the pain in that area.. it's shifting pain. chnages place according to sleeping position in that lower ribs area.

Ribs below the arm pit pain and mid back pain, intially 1 week back had sever gas took medication for that but still the ribs and back pain exists and unable to sleep properly. Please recommend medicine and cause of this. Thanks

From ystday was feeling a pain in my left side rib cage and middle back even I am feeling pain in my left side shoulder and upper side back as well... All in left side it's mild pain but present even I am feeling a very low pain in left side front rib cage... Advise something

Hi, 2 months ago I noticed 1st or 2nd rib of my right side more thicker and more protruding than the left side. It feels as if its sticking out but much fatter. I have no pain on that rib but I do have chest pain on movement or pressure. Also spine pain, waist pain and diaphragm pain.

Hurt left side rib due to fall since one week. Having taken few pain killers and applied muscular pain gels and ointments. Pain is not subsided. Have travels coming up. Should I travel or not? What's the treatment? Feel pain while deep breathing, turning around in sleep and sitting, touching the effected part of the ribs.
