A week back my son had cold and fever (101). We gave him crocin and basic cold medicine. He recovered all right but after 2 days started complaining about pain the ear. We visited a doctor and he suggested a 5 day course of the following medicines 1. Maxtra P 2. Meftal 3. Augpen 4. Otek-AC (ear drop) The above dosage is being given since last 2 days. Today since morning he has been complaining about stomach ache. He also has a fever (100.8) now. What shall I do

I am suffering in high fever 104F, since 4 days. First 2 days I took P-650, but temperature did not change single degree. Then last 2 days I took Azithromycin 500, 1/1day for 3 days and Aceclofenac+paracetamol(100mg+325mg)×3/day, which cool down temperature to 98F for 5 hours, then again temperature rises to 103F. Now it is not tolerable high fever with forehead pain for so many days(I suffered 7 times in typhoid¶typhi earlier). Please advice me to overcome the problem..

Hi, My name is Satheesh, living in medavakkam, Chennai. I am facing a stomach problem often with below symptoms. 1. Continuous motion feeling and sometime I am getting motion also. 2. Continuous burp and fart 3. Vamitting sense sometime (not always) 4. Unable eat or unable to feel food taste And I am getting this problem whenever I skipped food/late intake of food. Sometimes without any particular reaaon, I am facing the problem. I have already consulted some surgeon sometimes. But I didn't get any remedy. I was diagnosed with Spondyloarthropathies(A+P) about 7 years back. Initial treatment suggested was steroids, but I felt that I was messing with my mental health, causing severe mood swings. So, it was dropped. Right now, I am on sulfasalazine for about last 4-5 years. From around the same time, I had some personal problems too, and I started facing some mental health issues, like, doesn't like to communicate with anyone, Overthinking, feeling too low to do anything, etc... So, my question is - does sulfasalazine causes mental health issues? Or, these mental health issues are independent of it?

Hi, my daughter is 3.6 yrs old and approx. 15 kgs. From yesterday she is vomiting and having loose motions. She had one big vomiting yesterday and one today. She passed loose motion around 3 times from yesterday night. She is not eating anything and whatever she eats she is saying that she will vomit. She is also complaining stomach pain. Can you plz recommend medicines for her. We generally give her zeegut p for motions but we could not find that in pharmacy today and we give her ondem for vomiting. Headache reduce to 50- 60% Pulse under control.. Joint and shoulder's pain (still having problems) 3:-17/07-I went to Orthopedic department AIIMS bhopal On the basis of a lot of test results I take medicine that is given in AIIMS.but still have problems.
