Namaste Doctor, I am 22 years old boy. I have done ecg for my increased pulse rate most of the time. My result- vent rate- 128bpm QRS duration- 64 ms QT QTc -  292/426 ms PR interval-  130 ms P duration- 90 ms RR interval- 468 ms P-R-T axes- 64 71 69 Sinus tachycardia otherwise normal ecg My blood pressure sometimes comes to around 103/60 and sometimes, it's normal. Please check if anything is abnormal and how to overcome it. I always have stress issues and easily get frustrated.🙏🏻

My lil one 29months old,13kg,91cm height is having 102 temp since morning ..we used meftal p as crocin didn't reduce temp. Post consultation with doc we started taxim50, lanazole 7.5, meftalp from night. But as I checked while he is in sleep ..he got 101 temp with very cold feet and hands. is this something that I should get worried ?? Some kind of reaction or it's normal?why is it happening...some other symptom ?he had 4motions 2days back and diagnosed with peteriasis rosea 20days back and using only flotivate cream .. oral medication citrizen..he is also using calcimax p and justdee

Hi my child weigh 13.2 kg has been suffering from viral(102-103.6) since yesterday morning.his fever  comes after 3 hrs of meftal p. So I am giving him paracetamol alternatively with meftal as prescribed by pediatrician. I gave him Crocin at 3:30 then meftal p at 6:30 due to 102.7 fever and now even after 2 hrs his fever remains same at 102.5.i have done sponging also. Pls suggest what can be done to lower the temperature?Paracetamol isn't helping much.

Hi, My son is two years old and was suffering from cough and cold with repeating  high fever from last 9 days for which we gave him almox 125 with maftal P also nebulised him twice a day due to which his fever issue was cured and also cough and cold reduced and there were no fever since 2 October till yesterday but in the night around 3am today he's having high fever 102 for which we gave him maftal P and again now at 6:30am he's having fever 101 what should be done? Can we fever medicine again?

My baby is 3 months old. 3 days before , he pasd stool 4 to 5 times in between 2 hours. Doctor prescribed dakson ORL, reflora z, p zone drops and abelgyl-N. N to stop breastmilk and start simyl my. But after giving ORL, his stool stops and also he started playing normally. We continued reflora z, p zone but has not used abelgyl-N , and simyl mct. He us still taking breast milk. Till yesterday he was fine just having some cough. Today he passes stool 4 times in whole day. Do I start antibiotic

I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome about 2 weeks ago, consulted an orthodontist who prescribed Nortryptomer P 75mg, Etoshine 60mg & chymoral forte. As advised by the doctor, stopped Etoshine & Chymoral forte after 6 days however Nortryptomer P continues. Since the time I have started taking this medicine I have developed slight discomfort in my genital area, I have not had proper erection since I started taking these medicines or I have had this CTS medical condition. Sometimes I have pain in penile shaft due to no known reason and it gets better automatically and I feel low and have constant fear of something wrong. I find my penis shrinking which is even more worrying for me. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

My daughter has a history of frequent LRTI/URTI, ear infections, and adenoids. 20 days ago she developed cough/cold → LRTI, treated with Aalspan, Meftal-P, Levolin, antibiotics (ear infection), and steam inhalation. She recovered 5 days ago. Now since 2 days she again has fever — went up to 103°F (not controlled with Meftal-P + Cetrizine). Yesterday no fever, but today fever restarted (low grade). Gave 5 ml Calpol 250 mg + Cetrizine. Doctor not available today — please advise.
