Thank you for sharing your test results. While the reports provide some insight, in order to evaluate your case thoroughly and reach an accurate diagnosis, I will need a complete clinical history and some additional details, including: 1. Presenting symptoms: What issues are you currently experiencing? (e.g. fatigue, pain, digestive problems, urinary symptoms, weight changes, etc.) 2. Duration and pattern of symptoms: When did they start, and have they been continuous or intermittent? 3. Any recent infections, fevers, or illnesses 4. Current medications or supplements you are taking 5. Any known medical history: such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, liver/kidney issues, or hypertension 6. Lifestyle details: alcohol intake, smoking, dietary habits, stress, sleep 7. Family history: of metabolic, liver, or cardiovascular diseases This information is essential to correlate your lab findings with your clinical picture and ensure appropriate advice or treatment.

Hello Vineeth, you have provided a deranged report. It's impossible to suggest a treatment at this point with this very limited info. If you don't have any pre-existing conditions or blood disorders, this can be evaluated.
Next Steps
Proper history, peripheral smear test would suffice for now.
