First medication for viral. Diagnosed with typhoid igg positive and Igm negative. Doctor started medication Zanocin 100 7ml twice a day Mox cv distab 228.5 1.5 tablet twice a day Zesic p syrup if fever is there After 5 medication also fever is there around 101 Now changed the medication after 5 days from today Zifi 100 DT 1.5 tab twice a day Vizylac DT 1 tab twice a day Zanocin 100 10ml twice a day Zesic p syrup if fever is there Today also fever came twice around 101. Kindly advise if i should continue the medicine or any other suggestion.

Hi doctor, my baby girl is 7 th month . she is suffering from fever from 2 days . am using paracetamol 0.8 ml for every 4 Hours. but fever is not subsided. when given paracetamol upto 2,3 hours it is ok. but 3-4 hours it is coming back. i went to pediatric . they gave meftal p. while the fever is about 101 or above he said. yesterday nit 12 i have given . upto mng 10 .it is ok. after that at 11 am. i gave antibiotic (cefixime oral suspension IP) fever is about 103. i have given paracetamol but no use. fever is highly increasing. can i give meptal p continuous for every 4 fours? and for how many days it should be given to my toldder? or can i use paracetamol only. give me reply pls. as early as possible. thank you.

Sir I have sometime little pain in left side from 2 day so that I go for ECG test the findings  are as- vent rate 63 BPM QRS DURATION 62 MS QT/QTC 394/403 PR 112MS P DURATION 40 MS RR interval 952 ms P-R-T axes 68 50 29 Result is -normal sinus rhythm junctional ST depression, probably normal borderline ECG So please tell me sir is any issues..

My mother has been taking following medicines for controlling diabetes Tripride 2 and Tenepride 20mg -15 min before b/f Gluconorm P (15/500) -15 min before dinner Her sugar level dropped 55 earlier due to which doctor added gluconorm p in her medication. Now though the sugar level is controlled like it comes approx 125 (empty stomach), 140 (2 hrs after B/F) and 119 (before dinner) I would like to ask if the medication prescribed tk her is okay or not or do we need to consult some other doctor. Please guide and help

Hello My father in law is diagnosed with TB last month.He has been taking P B Done Forte for last one month with other medicines. We could not get P B done forte online..Can we substitute it with PRE PRO CAP? Not able to connect to the DR. Treating him since she is unwell. I have doubt in combinations of these two insulins 1.) Wosulin: biphasic isophane insulin injection I. P (50% soluble insulin/human insulin and 50% of isophane insulin injection), injection (r-DNA origin) 2.) Humalog mix 50/50: insulin lispro biphasic injection I. p (50% insulin lispro and 50% insulin lispro protamine suspension), injection (r-DNA) Pls explain whether these both are same or different Thank you

My son's age is 2 years. He is getting sudden fever. It started today around 10 am. Giving meftol p 3.5 ml as suggested by doctor in every 6 hours. Fever goes down after giving meftol. In case fever comes within an hour or 2 after meftol dose then can i also give crocin syrup 5 ml dose because for medtol p i would need to wait for another 6 hours from last dose given. I do not know what is baby's weight right now but it was 10.58 kg when last checked in January 2020. Now mu baby is 2 years ild.
