From 4 months I have been struggling with stomach issues In April I ate Street food and next night I got cramps in my stomach with loose motions then after 4-5 days i was suffering with constipation having bowl movement at alternate days and this process continues till May in May end I started feeling sensation in my anus like I have to pass stool again and again with lower abdomen pain now it's august my condition is same stool are in normal shape but sensation is not going i have taken lots of antibiotics, medication but now I am not taking any medicine I only apply  P cool cream in my anus only once after my bowl movement and my bowl movement is twice a day but sensation remains the same can I use p cool daily is there any side effects and how can I come over this problem Thanku

I delivered on 29th September 2022 through c section. After delivery bleeding stopped in 7/8 days .I am getting periods after every 7 days.USG reports are clear, blood reports beta HCG, PTNR, CBC are fine. Before two weeks TSH value was 0.01.Hypothyroidism before pregnancy taking 75 mg before and during pregnancy. I have taken two course of Dronis P and Pause MF. While taking Dronis P I got very light periods after seven days. During Pregnancy, I did get higher SGOT/SGPT readings and took UDILIV for 10 days only, later readings never spiked. AFI had dropped to 7.3 on 8th month.
