Viral fever not coming down with meftal
Hi my child weigh 13.2 kg has been suffering from viral(102-103.6) since yesterday morning.his fever  comes after 3 hrs of meftal p. So I am giving him paracetamol alternatively with meftal as prescribed by pediatrician. I gave him Crocin at 3:30 then meftal p at 6:30 due to 102.7 fever and now even after 2 hrs his fever remains same at 102.5.i have done sponging also. Pls suggest what can be done to lower the temperature?Paracetamol isn't helping much.

Dear parents nothing wrong with your medicines. Do continue with same as per dosage prescribed by your Paediatrician. In addition to medication do tap water spongings.
Health Tips
In case fever doesn't settle in 72 hrs take the opinion of your Paediatrician again.

You can give paracetamol 4 hourly with meftal p also If not down then the child has fluid deficiency needs plenty of liquids
