My child is having fever cold and cough. Can i give my child fepanil 250 and meftal together what's the dosage? She is 5 yrs old and 18.5 kg

Dont mix up medications fepanil for ur kid is 6ml if fever spikes are more consult a Pediatrcian and he wil Prescribe dosage for mefthal
