My baby is 3 months old. 3 days before , he pasd stool 4 to 5 times in between 2 hours. Doctor prescribed dakson ORL, reflora z, p zone drops and abelgyl-N. N to stop breastmilk and start simyl my. But after giving ORL, his stool stops and also he started playing normally. We continued reflora z, p zone but has not used abelgyl-N , and simyl mct. He us still taking breast milk. Till yesterday he was fine just having some cough. Today he passes stool 4 times in whole day. Do I start antibiotic

If the child is playful active taking feeds properly no fever then antibiotic is not required Are the stools very watery??
