Even in very small things when I think I'm not able to breathe properly and the centre of the chest feels like there's nothing there mentally I've suffered with overthinking and believing myself to be nothing and unsuccessful and now even small things trigger me.

I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH CERTAIN THINGS AND VOICES IN MY HEAD ALL THE TIME.I FEAR A LOT ABOUT FUTURE AND FEEL DEPRESSED FOR BEING LONELY.I CAN'T FOCUS ON MY STUDIES DUE THESE ISSUE.KINDLY PLEASE ADVICE ME WITH SOMETHING

Good morning sir/ma'am I have a  fatty liver problem since one year it was diagnosed through USG and Lft test and fibro scan which shows kpa 6.2 and median 320 and dr prescribed some medicine and mostly life style changes so my question is I am continuously checking my lft test for every 4 months everythingthing comes normal except direct bilirubin which becomes statick not decreasing and this time sgpt elevated I have attached the both report lft and CBC please guide further Thanks

My kid is 5 years old. One month back she fractured her leg. Now doctor has removed POP on Jun end. He said to make her walk with support. While walking she slightly slipped her leg and cried. From next day onwards she is reluctant to walk. She fears that her leg may pain or sheay fall once again. How to motivate her. She is shaking her legs well while sitting but not able to stand as it may pain. We motivated her well but she is not listening. She did the same while her was alright. We told to give pressure in lower leg to drive cycle. She tried many times but she was unable to drive cycle. From then till now she fixed her mind that shd can't drive cycle and she is not pedaling just sitting and pushing her legs. She has low confidence. How to motivate her. How to make her walk
