How to live in the present! Mind is always thinking about negative thoughts and feeling nervous and could not do anything at that moment fear about death is making me depressed like anything kindly advice

Hello, i always get complaints from my team leader that I am just staring at the screen and procastinating. My colleagues could resolve around 120 tickets a day. But I could close only 60 tickets a day in my BPO. My colleagues tell me i am very slow and dumb. I am on sulpitac 300mg arpizole 20mg admenta 10mg nexito forte 0.5 mg pacitane 2mg and piracetam 400mg. Nothing seems to work. Please suggest me a suitable medicine so that I can lead my professional life successfully. I tried brahmi capsules from kottakal Arya vaidya sala still doesn't seems to work out. What medicines should I take to make my dumb brain to work as superfast as computers. Is it food habits or excercises. This memory drain started since I started mastrubating intensively. Which chemical messanger should i boost up in the brain to work as smart as super computers. My MRI brain scan says nervous junctions are very loose in the brain. So in order to recover from this brain disorder what should I do? Please advise. Tq

What will be done in psychological counseling m I want to do for my sister she is having bipolar mania since 27/12/2021 . She is talking so much rude and getting angry and doing ridiculous things . She is not behaving properly with any family members . Please help tell me what we should now to make her like she was previous We are giving her ( ola 10 mg , lopez 2mg , metatap 50 , and lithium tablet for mood stabilizer ) suggested by psychiatrist Please help me doctor what we should do now . She is not ok till now also .

My friend had a teenage relationship with someone. He was deeply in love. He had a breakup and it deeply saddened him. He couldn't forget his past even after 2 years( in this years he went far away from that town, with no social media and other connections with the world). I thought things would go well after so many years. But it deteriorated. He started losing hope and faith on the world. Though he smiles he is hurt and he gets suicidal thoughts. Should I suggest him for an appointment with a doctor or ge will recover after time?

I liked a girl and we both were in an on and off relationship for quite a while. Due to so much of complications and that we were in different cities since lockdown my feelings for her gradually decreased. Also I developed feelings for another girl who is the best friend of the girl I liked earlier. She was also talking to me a lot obviously as a friend. I don't think she had anything on her mind. It was just me. I was not planning on telling her now. We were sharing and talking a lot spending time and suddenly she started ghosting me in a difference of just one day where I do not remember saying anything creepy. Not calling me or replying back. This has happened before too where people spoke to me a lot and then suddenly stopped(in a difference of a day).Not returning texts. I did speak about this to them but they gave the reason saying they can do whatever they want to. I want to understand if this behaviour is right on their side ? If I am feeling bad for this then am i wrong?

I am suffering from anxiety . I never took any treatment but I feel it is getting worse now. I have some constant fear and my heart is racing kind of anytime in the day and night. Please advise

How can I get rid of Lizard phobia without exposure therapy . It's driving me crazy and interfering with my daily life.

Hello sir/ma'am, I haven't cried in last 5 years. There are tears that constantly keep running between my eyes. Can a session help me cry. Or do i need to take medicines.

My mother has recently dreamt that her Masi who passed away 10 years back has come to take her . She is very disturbed after that and even I am disturbed. The people around are saying that it's not a good indication,thus increasing our worry. What does this dream mean? Does it signify death?

Upto 2018 I had 1 social account in all social media.In 2018 I deleted those accounts and from then I am always creating new accounts and  just after creating I delete them.It's happening from 2018.I don't even know why do I do this.Before deleting every account I want to delete that and before creating every account I think If I could have my first and oldest account.Also my friends and relatives are angry to me for doing this...may be they think me mad...So,why is it happening to me??and Will I ever be get rid of this?
