Take a time-out. Practice yoga, listen to music, meditate, get a massage, or learn relaxation techniques. Stepping back from the problem helps clear your head. Eat well-balanced meals. Do not skip any meals. Do keep healthful, energy-boosting snacks on hand. Limit alcohol and caffeine, which can aggravate anxiety and trigger panic attacks. Get enough sleep. When stressed, your body needs additional sleep and rest. Exercise daily to help you feel good and maintain your health. Check out the fitness tips below. Take deep breaths. Inhale and exhale slowly. Count to 10 slowly. Repeat, and count to 20 if necessary. Do your best. Instead of aiming for perfection, which isn't possible, be proud of however close you get. Accept that you cannot control everything. Put your stress in perspective: Is it really as bad as you think? Welcome humor. A good laugh goes a long way. Maintain a positive attitude. Make an effort to replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Get involved. Volunteer or find another way to be active in your community, which creates a support network and gives you a break from everyday stress. Learn what triggers your anxiety. Is it work, family, school, or something else you can identify? Write in a journal when you’re feeling stressed or anxious, and look for a pattern. Talk to someone. Tell friends and family you’re feeling overwhelmed, and let them know how they can help you. Talk to a physician or therapist for professional help.

There are so many things which you can do on your own to work with constant fear and anxiety. # Avoid avoidance--- avoiding fears only prevents us from moving forward. It makes us more anxious. Be gentle with yourself, if you find yourself getting more panicky , take break, do something that makes you feel good. But if you find it difficult to address chronic fear on your own, you need professional help.LEARN MINDFULNESS. # Deliberately noticing positivity---fear causes us to notice negative events and we feel world is scary place . So change it by deliberately noticing wats positive around. INCREASE POSITIVE EMOTIONS. # Learn and find purpose of fear---- rediscover a sense of purpose. # Get social support--- friends , family helps us , with their support we feel more confident. # Go out for walks --- nature walks enhances wellbeing and resilience. # Self compassion.

Hi... Your condition can be treated with Counselling/Psychotherapy in 15-20 sessions. Try to understand your anxiety is an outward expression of an underlying conflict. You are subconsciously occupied with certain issues and it is resulting in this anxiety. A therapeutic setting will not only provide you a safe and comfortable place to vent out your pent-up issues, but it will also help you develop necessary skills to deal with your condition.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Motivational Counselling and Lifestyle Guidance is required.

Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress and can be beneficial in some situations. It can alert us to dangers and help us prepare and pay attention. Anxiety disorders differ from normal feelings of nervousness or anxiousness, and involve excessive fear or anxiety.  Experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. However, people with anxiety disorders frequently have intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Often, anxiety disorders involve repeated episodes of sudden feelings of intense anxiety and fear or terror that reach a peak within minutes (panic attacks).
Next Steps
Your worries may not go away on their own, and they may get worse over time if you don't seek help. See a mental health provider before your anxiety gets worse. It's easier to treat if you get help early. For further assistance contact me.
