Suffering from OCD

Hi, I have OCD. It has not only affected my mental health but also my physical health. I'm obsessed with the number 4. I get intrusive thoughts, and I will only get calm when I perform any task in multiple of 4. It starts with doing something 4 times. Then 4×4 = 1 set. Like this, I have to perform tasks in 4 sets. The task might be doing something physically or thinking about a scenario in my head. I have had OCD since childhood but I recently discovered that what I have is called OCD.

Feeling depressed at all times

Hi. I have been consistently feeling low for quite sometime now. I am not able to rule this out as general sadness as this has been going on for a long time, as long as close to 3 years. I have have hypothyroidism and vitamin D deficiency, FYI if these aggravate my moods. I do have a series of events that I suppose have led me to feel this way over time and constant degradation of mood caused by repeated not so pleasant events. I don't feel passionate about anything in general and also about stuff that I once used to enjoy. I have been oversleeping for the longest time I know now. I do have a history of inflicting self pain, and I do get existential and suicide constantly. I really want to see if there is a quote unquote better way to be.

Productivity issue

I procrastinate and end up with late night deadlines. I'm easly distracted by outside factors and not really focussed on my PhD work. I'm also not able to maintain a work life balance, that is I cannot maintain any kind of recreational activities or hobbies like reading or running. My days are passing without any visible output. I get stressed on this and becomes  guilty sad at all times. I want to be more productive and happy.

Sir/mam i am a student not able to focus

I am not able to sleep properly. I have a constant thought in my mind and feeling of heavyness is stucked and I started shivering whenever I saw picture of cheated person or heard about anything and it is happening since august . That guy cheated with me but still we are connected . I do start crying whenver I feel somewhat low or wherever I score poor in mocks. Sometimes I just seat and started thinking about him and not able to listen if someone is talking to me at that moment. I found my career in dark. I am losing my intrest on personal hygiene and just wanted to sleep. Because whenever I sleep I feels light and then start studying but soon the thought came in my mind and I feel lethargic. I have so many exams in front of me and I can excel in them but not able to fight with my problem now. Sometimes I started crying during sleep, bad breaming is prominent. I have no friend I don't go outside. I just sit, and sleep at one place only. I only talk to my mom. And one friend only .

Related to love life

I like a girl and we were in a sort of on and off relationship. During lockdown we were in other cities and talked sometimes. When we met we felt connected then later again it went off. Gradually I thought of ending it as I felt that it could not be continued for a longer duration. I was talking to another girl who is actually the previous person's best friend. I have developed a bit of attraction for her. Now everytime when I open up with someone where the person also opens up with me, I tend to fall for them. Not everytime, as I have friends with whom I do share but don't have anything like that. But is this behaviour normal? And if I have developed feelings for that person then is it right to tell her considering she is the best friend of the girl with whom I earlier was. Also, is it normal to start to fall for someone with whom we become a bit vulnerable and open about everything and spend a bit of time together or just talking on phone? difference b/w luv & infatuation?
