Hi. I have been consistently feeling low for quite sometime now. I am not able to rule this out as general sadness as this has been going on for a long time, as long as close to 3 years.
I have have hypothyroidism and vitamin D deficiency, FYI if these aggravate my moods.
I do have a series of events that I suppose have led me to feel this way over time and constant degradation of mood caused by repeated not so pleasant events.
I don't feel passionate about anything in general and also about stuff that I once used to enjoy.
I have been oversleeping for the longest time I know now.
I do have a history of inflicting self pain, and I do get existential and suicide constantly.
I really want to see if there is a quote unquote better way to be.
