I have fever 98.5-99.5 since more than 20 days. I have been in lot of stress lately still i dont feel good also i had sinus and throat infection for a week. Now all symptoms gone except low grade fever. I want to know if its due to stress or something else? As i am only having fever and no other symptoms

There was a incident, where he was carrying a bag where a pointed broken chain from a bag give a pointy needle pain to him on right leg twice -thrice, but he don't know if that was enough for a scratch, like he saw on his right leg afterwards in the car but before... After it when he was standing still with bags, a dog pass from behind and he stated like he came like running he was coming from his right leg side.This was just his guess.The dog went to the another side away from him. and he don't know if the dog sniff him or did anything.there were many peoples around too .when he entered the car he check and saw a small swell red scratch about 9mm-1 cm thing on his right leg, he washed his leg thrice with soap The swell later got plane but was red but the redness was decreased from the previous one, so he is concerned is if it was a unoticed dog scratch or bite regardingless of the pointy bag thing which touched his right leg twice or thrice, what's true or right here
