My wife had beta hcg level of 126.5. Now after 48 hrs it is 236.5 .... is it good or bad. Does it necessarily mean to have beta hcg double every 48 hrs

I have attached my 8th day follicle study report. My period cycle is 24 days. Is the attached report normal as per 8th day? Also, I have one doubt for the line 'Shows multiple small peripheral follicles with central echogenic stroma - Likely polycystic ovarian morphology' mentioned in the report. Is this PCOS issues ? My doctor said it is normal & this is not PCOS. As per my doctor all looks fine in report. But I am worried for this line. So, Please help in confirming this.
