Watery discharge
Today is my 13th day and from past 5 days i am having only watery discharge no thick discharge no fertile cervical mucus this means I am not ovulating?

This is a very vague way to understand if you are ovaluting or not
Ideally you need an ultrasound called follicular monitoring to understand this
You can also use ovulation strip kits available in the market
