If the follicle size are not growing, then in ovulation induction procedure, will the follicle size increase, rupture and ovulation will happen? Is it 100% confirm that ovulation induction will do ovulations? Or this method also might not able to induce ovulation? Please suggest.

Hii...I am 18 f today I diagnosed with pcod I know I have it but the problem is ultrasonagraphy said my endometrium thickness is 13.5mm I am on BCP my gynea told me that is normal...nothing to worry about...but I am worried bcz Google say this might be cancer or precancer...
