What is the reason for the size of follicles not increasing more than 14mm in follicles study at day 20th day

My menstruation cycle is of 25 days. I had done scan on 8th day. The follicle size was 14*10 MM. Again I did scan on 11th day. But the size is 12*10 MM. There are no growth in follicle size. Is there any chance the follicle size will grow considering 25 day's cycles length? Or mostly there won't be any growth from now as no growth in last 3 days? I have attached the report for reference. Please advice on it.

Dear Doctors, Please clarify us on this We took 7th month scan and it says Right renal pelvis APD measures 7.3mm At 5th month scan it was 4.3mm. Doctor said we need to treat the kid after delivery only. But we are afraid and worried. As per my attached follicle monitoring the follicle size is not grown enough as of 11th day. My menstruation cycle is of 25 days. But today when I checked in ovulation kit, i can see the ovulation result is coming positive. I have attached ovulation kit result as well. Please suggest what I will understand by this? Will ovulation happen in next 24 hrs ? Is there chance as LH kit results came positive now, the follicle will grow mow and then ovulation will happen? Kindly advice.

Spotting and thread like structure after 2 months of C-section. Periods came 40 days post delivery. And sudden spotting after increase in physical activity.
