My sisters body is not in proportion ..she is suffering from obesity whenever she gains weight the fat gets accumulated in the lower body while the upper part is not growing. She wants to have a proper body can u pls help in suggesting why this is happening and give a proper solution

Having pain in lower left abdomen/pelvic area along nausea.which radiated to lower side.Cramping types. After drinking water it was feeling normal. But light pain has thr.
