  4. Heavy bleeding. I visit my gynecologist?

Heavy bleeding
It's my first period after diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy. After surgery we kept relation in fertile days. I got period and it's my second day today. I am having heavy bleeding with big size clots. I have attached image to this message. Do I need to worry about it ? I never experienced such a big clots before. Is it miscarriage? Shall I visit my gynecologist?

Clots  signify excessive flow you need a medicine to reduce the flow n  also an ultrasound to find out the reason for this heavy bleeding yes it is always better to visit your doctor in person
