First period with very heavy bleeding
My daughter is 10 year old. She started her first period.she has very heavy  bleeding.previous 2 months she had brown discharge for 1 day.got ultrasound done 3 months back everything fine.why she has very heavy periods?will her growth stop because of early period?

That might be pubertal menorrgia.She need to get evaluated and get supportive treatment to prevent from anaemia

Consultation required. She got the menses early. Yes it will slightly affect her final height. For heavy periods treatment needed otherwise it will make her anemic
