Hi what is a good substitute for meftal spas during periods? I used to take 2 tabs / day for 2 days per month during the relevant days. But have read about some side effects. Pls. Recommend an effective alternative. My pain is medium/high for 1-2 days only

Anovulation Cycle
Can ovulation happen naturally followed by anovulatory cycle? Or is it like once anovulation happen it will not ovulate again until unless there are some treatment? Please suggest your expertise on this.
