Hello, I'm 27 years old and I have a new born who is 3 months old after delivery my doctor had given iron and calcium tablets but I have not had any tablet for 3 months, can I have now as I feel tired and often feel dizzy and get palpitations or is it fine.

Reason is poor and not taking supplements
Be regular with a intake of calcium supplements till you breastfeed
Get your hemoglobin levels checked
less than 10 would require iron supplements as well
