Postpartum belly
Hi, I have two children. My first child is 4.5 years old. My second child is 13 months old. After my first child was born, my belly came to its normal size within a year. But for my second delivery my belly is not reducing. My 2nd pregnancy weight was 68kg. My current weight is 50kg. My pre pregnancy weight was 46kg. My weight is reducing. My belly size is not at all reducing. I tried checking for diastasis recti which is two fingers. How can I reduce my postpartum belly?

A two-finger gap suggests some diastasis recti is still present, and unlike your first pregnancy, this one may simply need targeted core rehabilitation rather than time alone to close.
Next Steps
A postpartum physiotherapist who works specifically on diastasis recti can guide you through safe, effective exercises.
Health Tips
Avoid regular crunches or sit-ups until the gap has been properly assessed.
