How to reduce postpartum belly after c s
I have a 13 month old baby. My belly still saggy and looks like I'm pregnant. Will my c-section pouch ever go? At this stage is it possible to reduce tummy? Please do let me know How can I make it flat again? It's really necessary. I'm ready to do anything. Please suggest

First u need to rule out if u have any diastasis rectii..if not do abdominal strengthening exercises

What's the c.section  pouch???? Diet control  with abdominal excercises  may give some results
