Postpartum Belly Button Concern
After two pregnancies, I noticed that my belly button has not gone back in. It is mildly coming outward. It looks like there could be a risk of a hernia, but there is no pain so far. However, I can see a difference, it is slowly bulging more over time. How can I prevent this from getting bigger? Are there any fitness machines or equipment that I can buy to exercise at home? Please help. I have a baby and a toddler and going out or finding time for self-care is very difficult. Which doctor should I consult for this? Any advice would help

It could be a case of Para umbilical hernia. Please consult a Gynaecologist or a General Surgeon in your area. It will not be cured without surgery and the surgery is very simple.
